Masturbation Addiction Can Be a Real Pain in the Back

I have been masturbating for a long time, since I was at least 12 or 13. I’m 21 now and I am starting to experience some disturbing symptoms. I am tired all the time and have a lot of pain in my lower back. I am otherwise healthy and am afraid that these symptoms could be related to masturbation. What can I do to feel better?

Your adrenal glands release most of these hormones. If you are excessively masturbating, you adrenal glands are constantly releasing hormones and working in overdrive. Over time, your adrenal glands begin to get tired and stop working.

The hormones that they release, DHEA, DHT and testosterone, become depleted in your body, resulting in back pain. Other symptoms can include testicular pain, impotence and reduced libido.

While you are resting, your hormone levels will return to normal and new, healthy mitochondria will be produced by your body, giving you some much needed energy.
