Continued Prostate Problems
He has problems maintaining a strong erection with his wife. He also experiences urination urge after orgasm and pain in his upper back.
Case #: 357
Concern:
I once suffered from constant prostate problems. Through medicinal remedies, my body has managed to heal itself. My ejaculations feel great, while my erections seem strong. However, at times, I do seem to lose my erection in the middle of sex. I, like most married men, feel comfortable with my wife. We communicate great, but still, I cannot maintain an erection during sex. When I do manage to orgasm, I find myself in pain—and with the strong desire to urinate.
My latest sexual problem has caused my wife great displeasure. You should see how grumpy she is! In terms of my health, I feel as if I am in great health. I do not smoke. I eat healthy, and I exercise 4-5 times a week. My stress levels are moderate—especially for the president of a medium-sized company. What can I do about my problem?
Discussion:
All your problems can be blamed on your prostate. The prostate, the tiny sac that sits below the bladder, produces the white-alkaline liquid semen use to swim in. When the sac becomes inflamed—due to frequent use—it causes urinary and erection issues. Your weak, often unsustainable erections, seem to be caused by the prostate’s inflammation (Prostatitis).
Hormone Imbalance
Hormones do more than just provide the body with ample sex drive. Hormones control a caveat of bodily functions, from eating habits to prostate growth. Changes in estrogen and testosterone can stimulate the growth of the prostate, while frequent masturbation can abrade the ejaculation ducts located in the prostate. The abraded ducts lead to PSA elevation for 24-48 hours or longer. Thus is why some men experience post-ejaculation pelvic or prostate pains and precum/semen leakage in the post-ejaculation state. Middle-aged men and seniors, or sexually exhausted men will experience a longer recovery (refraction) time. If your recovery time is longer than 48 hours and you ejaculate every 48 hours, you will keep your PSA and prostaglandin E-2 level high all the time.
Treatment Options
Treating prostate inflammation is like treating any other type of muscle inflammation. You must relax and refrain from using the gland. No masturbation or sexual activity for a while. Your wife is mad now; she’s about to get furious. It’s only temporary, though. Your prostate—and hormones—must recover. If you wish to speed up the recovery process, try taking herbal supplements. Herbal supplements will help balance hormones levels while reducing inflammation, allowing you to return to your regular sexual activities.
