Concern:

Please help me. I have been in a long distance relationship with my girlfriend for over two years now. We have had sex recently but before that we would have cyber sex a lot. She was a virgin until I last saw her. Before I saw her she would masturbate in front of the web cam, and the more we had cyber sex the more loose her vagina seemed to become. It seems like the hole has increased in size. I don't want to think she cheated on me because I trust her but is this common? How can she get her tight, normal feeling vagina back?

The thing about vaginas is. . . Sometimes they can get kind of loose. Most of the time it happens through no fault at all by the woman it happens to be attached to. Some causes of vaginal looseness include, but are not limited to; Birth control use, use of vibrators, child birth, menopause, PMS, and some very potent medications.

If, by any chance your girlfriend used a vibrator during any of your web casts, this could have increased the chances of her inadvertently stretching the vaginal opening a bit too wide. Sexual toys have the ability to disturb the skin that surrounds the vagina, which can cause scarring. When the vaginal tissue scars, the body is unable to ensure the skin tissue with the proper amount of nitric oxide, and prostaglandin E-1 and E-3. These hormones are essential to the tightness and elasticity of the vaginal tissue. When a woman experiences a higher volume of orgasms, it could actually lead to high levels of Oxycontin, prolactin and epinephrine which have the potential to induce artery constriction.

One Word. . .Kegel

With the cause aside, the most important course of action your girl can take at this point would be how she plans on tightening back up. For women with minor vaginal looseness problems, I usually recommend doing kegel exercises twice a day. One set of thirty when you wake up in the morning, and another set of thirty just before you turn in for the night.

If you've never done a kegel before, have no fear, they're actually quite easy to execute. The next time you're on the commode for a potty break, try to control your stream of urine. If you can start and stop the flow, you can kegel with the best of them!

Kick It Up

If you want to take your vaginal exercises to the next level, then I would definitely suggest getting a good set of Kegel Balls. (SEE: Guide for Looseness Restoration Kegel Balls) The small set of smooth balls work by being inserted into the vagina. Once inside, you will stand up and attempt to tighten your vaginal muscles through kegeling in fifteen minute intervals in order to keep the balls inside you.

Some women use balls with a considerable weight to them, in order to keep their vagina's elasticity on a virginal level of tightness. However, just the regular weighted ones should do the trick in this case. Just be sure to lube up those balls for a more subtle insertion process.
