Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, but Both Ejaculate with Orgasm

Five years ago, his wife discovered she can ejaculate with orgasm. While they both enjoy the depth this brings to their lovemaking, he’s tired of the mess: dirty bed sheets and a wet mattress must now be endured each time they have sex. He doesn’t want her to stop squirting, but he does want some control so she doesn’t ejaculate each and every time.
Case #: 1633
Concern:

My wife learned a new sexual trick when I was away on a business trip five years ago. We used to chat through a webcam every night, and I would watch her masturbate. One night I saw that she gushed fluid from her vagina, something I had never seen before. When I finally returned from my business trip, I asked her to do it again, and she was able to. We have tons of fun with this new trick, but it is really, really messy. She doesn’t ever have a normal orgasm anymore, there is always ejaculation. What can she do to help her control this so we can have normal sex? Then she can save the gushing for special occasions. We are super sexually active, having sex at least once a day. When I go to play with her clitoris, she will squirt like a water fountain. I enjoy this, but it gets to be too much because we have to change the bed sheets every time and flip the mattress way too much. Is there any way she will be able to control her ejaculation?
Discussion:

Women who ejaculate tend to have little or no understanding about the fluid. Some believe it is urine, while others worry their female parts are malfunctioning - neither of these concerns is true. Thanks to a wealth of medical research, many now accept female ejaculation to be as normal as that of males.
How do couples respond to this fluid? It depends on who you ask. Psychology Today reports between 10 and 50 percent of all women expel fluid at orgasm. In addition, some women learn to ejaculate because it makes them and their partners feel sexy. Other couples cringe at the wetness because it seemingly goes against the laws of nature – they believe only men are supposed to ejaculate.
Regardless of the myths and misconceptions, here is the reality: sex is messy business. Yes, your wife can learn to reduce her ejaculate and “save” it for special occasions, but covering the bed sheets with a towel when you make love might be the only way to completely safeguard against spots.
Finding the Source of Female Ejaculate

Men ejaculate from the prostate gland, an organ that sits between the bladder and penis. It is approximately the size of a walnut and helps propel semen out of the body during orgasm. You might therefore say this gland is instrumental to human reproduction.
Women do not possess prostate glands – at least, not technically. But they do have Skene’s glands buried in the tissue that covers the front vaginal wall. Although much smaller in size, Skene’s glands are considered the female equivalent of the prostate. When a woman is sexually aroused, the glands fill with blood and expand slightly in size. They then release liquid at the point of orgasm that, like in men, is expelled through the urethral opening.
Female ejaculate is much different from vaginal lubrication, although for centuries the two have been confused. Lubrication is intended for one purpose: to facilitate the act of making love. It prevents skin tears and abrasions in and around the vagina. Ejaculate, on the other hand, is proof of a powerful orgasm. This explains why many women do not ejaculate until they are past the age of 25 – only with sexual experience can they learn what pleases them.
Characteristics of the Liquid

If it’s true that female ejaculate is commonly mistaken for lubrication, it’s also true this same liquid has frequently been labeled as urine. Closer inspection, however, reveals the secretions do not share the same odor or color as urine. The liquids are thus separate from one another, and ejaculation has nothing to do with the bladder.
In the 1980s, two sexologists studied female ejaculation to determine its composition. They found it is similar in nature to male ejaculation and contains glucose and prostate specific antigen (PSA). It is generally believed that stimulation of the G-spot leads to greater female ejaculate – and more intense orgasms – than clitoral stimulation. G-spot stimulation also increases the likelihood that a woman will expel liquid when she climaxes.
Learning to Control Emissions

One way to reduce your wife’s ejaculation is to focus on her clitoris during sex. Also make sure she empties her bladder before making love. Although female ejaculation is not urine, this preemptive move will reduce the chances for bladder incontinence.

On her own, your wife can practice Advanced Aswini Mudra Yoga. This incorporates a series of moves that transfer energy throughout the body to promote organ function and muscle strength. In short, yoga can build pelvic floor muscles and potentially reduce liquid emissions. (SEE: Aswini Mudra Yoga Pose) Yoga is also a powerful way to relax and nurture the mind.
