Clitoral Damage

Learn about the dangers of vibrator use, and how to reverse the damages.

Case #: 1597

Concern:

I am a twenty-four year old female and I think I may have accidentally damaged my downstairs area. I think the problem might be with my clitoris and maybe my vagina because I used a vibrator and the pain is extreme all the time. I am currently on birth control but after reading through the site I am going to stop use right away, because this will cause any healing to be slower according to some articles. What do you recommend I do, to help me heal my vagina and finally be able to feel something?

Discussion:

In most of the cases that come across my desk, the problem behind most vaginal insensitivity lays at the feet of either long term birth control use or vibrator abuse. In this case however, the culprit behind your particular insensitivity is both items.

Birth Control And Vibrators

The birth control use for instance, is filling your body with excessive amounts of estrogen and progesterone. It does this in order to trick the brain into thinking you are actually pregnant. Once the mind believes you are actually with child, it will send a message to the ovarian function to shut down. High levels of estrogen can sometimes muddle a female's vaginal and clitoral sensitivity. The cervix becomes overly stimulated when exposed to such large amounts of female sex hormones, and sooner or later results in numbness or irritation of the vagina.

On the other hand, chronic use of vibrators will lead to the neuro-endocrine systems becoming overly stimulated as well, and will trigger a rise of stress hormones such as dopamine and epinephrine. An increase of these hormones may cause adverse affects to the reproductive organs, and will eventually, lead to pituitary-ovarian functional disorders or sexual exhaustion symptoms.

Functional Disorders

Once a woman's pituitary or ovarian functions are compromised, her body will react to the disturbance as if there is a toxic organ within that is negatively influencing other parts of body. When this occurs, your arteries will become inflamed, which will lessen the amount of blood flow to the brain. The now more narrowed arteries will require a higher level of blood pressure in order to pump a sufficient amount of oxygen to the brain. This type of progressed condition may lead to headaches and migraines, blurred version, sleeping disorders, ear ringing, joint pains and inflammation, and disorders concerning the uterus, cervix, bladder and urethra.

How To Fix It

Luckily, you are already on the right track for healing. Getting off of your birth control for a few months may help your situation greatly, as it will give your body the break it needs in order to heal itself. I would also suggest utilizing a natural remedy that includes ingredients such as Maca, Dong Quia, Mexican Wild Yam, Pyrola, and Mucuna Pruriens. (SEE: Sensitivity & Passion Enhancer for Clitoral Rejuvenation) These herbs will help you decrease any harmful inflammation that has formed around your clitoris, and blocking your ability to experience the level of sensitivity that you are used to. They will also increase better blood circulation within the vagina and clitoris, oversee the proper production of DHEA and HGH, and repair any damaged clitoral nerve endings.
