Female Orgasm Difficulty - Caused by a Hysterectomy

Ahysterectomy is the surgical removal of the uterus.  Total hysterectomy is a removal of the body, fundus, and cervix of the uterus.  Partial hysterectomy is a removal of the uterine body but leaving the cervical stump. Either because medical concerns or the desire to avoid future pregnancies, some women take the drastic measure of getting a hysterectomy.  Although sometimes necessary for health and certainly effective at stopping pregnancy, hysterectomy can have a profound impact on a woman's sexual experiences and overall health.

There are a number of adverse side effects of hysterectomy:

  • Dry vagina & lack of natural lubrication during sex
  • Reduced testosterone, resulting in extreme lack of sexual desire
  • Menopause starts 3.7 years earlier than average
  • Increased risk of cardiovascular disease up to 7 folds
  • Increased risk of osteoporosis and risk of bone fractures

The effect of hysterectomy on sexual energy and orgasm can be profound. There are network bundles of nerves, arteries, and vein connected to the uterus. Uterosacral, broad band, cardinal ligaments around the uterus help directed the blood flow and nutrients to the many sexual orgasms such as ovaries, clitoris, labia, and vagina that are critical for uterine orgasm. The vaginal hysterectomy is done through cutting off these ligaments and taken out the uterus through the vagina.

Hysterectomy surgery destroys most of the vaginal nerves and arteries. Only the clitoris and the outer vaginal nerves survive, so you lose most of your sexual sensitivity. Hysterectomy also removes your supply and reservoir of the body's orgasmic fuel, the ovaries, uterus and cervix.

Ovaries produce about 50% of the androgen hormones androstenedione and testosterone to support your libido and orgasmic functions while your uterus and cervix are the main storage of sex hormones like progesterone and estrogen.  Additionally, as you get older, the nervous sensitivity gets lower due to a drop of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and free testosterone, which fuels orgasm.  At the same time, your brain's dopamine nervous action decreases while your stress level increases.  All of these factors working together mean achieving high sexual energy and orgasm will likely become very difficult.

In order to achieve orgasm after a hysterectomy, you have to rely on the first 1-3 inches of your urethral nerves for a vaginal orgasm. Unfortunately, it is very difficult for the penis to stimulate this zone by sexual intercourse, where it requires a slight curved-up penis to reach this G-spot, hidden inside the ceiling behind the vaginal entrance doorway. The Finger Pliers method will help with stimulation of this zone. Once you understand the existence of this shallow G-spot zone, you can try the 3-point excitation position which allows you to adjust the stimulation depth by yourself.

Natural Solutions

Female Restorex Plus Formula contains herbs that support the vagina, clitoris and libido include DHEA, a hormone produced naturally by the adrenal glands. The formula can improve the sensitivity of your clitoris and G-spot. Also, at the same time elevate your brain's testosterone and dopamine level for your orgasm. It can also increase prostaglandins production, relaxing vaginal muscles and clitoral tissues.
