Sex Zombie – Over masturbation and Adrenal Fatigue
Here we consult a young man who has inadvertently slipped into the “over masturbation zone” and is now experiencing some pretty crappy symptoms. How can we help him to get back on his feet?
Case #: 1333
Concern:
From about 14-17 I masturbated almost every day and sometimes more. I am 18 now and lately I have gained control over myself and allow myself to masturbate only about once a month. However, I play with my penis a lot without letting myself ejaculate which makes me have wet dreams at least once every two weeks.
Every time I ejaculate after masturbation or from a wet dream, I feel light-headed, absent-minded, my vision is a bit fuzzy and out of focus and I don’t have any energy. It also makes me want to sleep a lot and makes me very depressed and nervous after. It takes me at least 3 days to regain some normal energy level back and a full week to recover completely.
Discussion:
Back in the day I used to party a little, and a group of me and my friends would hit up the town for a little fun here and there (completely innocent I tell you). We’d hit this party and that bar, and an occasional nightclub. There was one guy in particular who seemed pretty cool and friendly and we’d run into him seemingly whenever and wherever we went.
Jack ‘Till You Drop
In the beginning, I’d observed him being very outgoing, always with a drink in hand, and he’d have really hot girls around him constantly. He was kind of a long-haired gypsy Casanova type I guess, so they’d flock to him like hoochie-moths. As the months rolled by, we all started to notice a gradual change in his appearance; he would slur his words a little more often, and the hot girls started to disappear one-by-one. His clothes also seemed a little more disheveled each time as well. Eventually, I started college and so didn’t have as much time to spend going out, as a matter of fact I pretty much vanished from that whole scene so I could dedicate my time to my studies.
A couple of years later during a spring break, I decided to go out and treat myself to some fun. So me and my friends linked up and we all went out. We ended up at one of our old haunts, a big nightclub, and guess who we saw there? That’s right, Mr. Casanova; only now he had seemed to go from being a prince, to being a frog. He had staggered out from behind a huge speaker with a few other people who resembled skeletons; his hair was messy and tangled, his skin was pale and spotty, and his sloppy clothes hung off of him like a scarecrow. Others told us what we already suspected; that over time he had slipped into being a full-blown drug addict.
Just as that poor fellow had over time fallen into his addiction, so have you with your masturbation habits. Simply put: masturbation and sex cause stress. A stress hormone called Cortisol is released into your bloodstream through your adrenal system every time that you have some self-sexy time, and your chronic addiction to sexual activity has gradually elevated your Cortisol as it desperately attempts to raise your constantly depleting sperm levels. Now you are in a severe state of constant stress, which can be dangerous to your health. It can drastically lower your immune system and leave you wide open to a whole host of diseases, and since you are losing sleep, your liver isn’t able to adequately detoxify your body. Other symptoms such as blurred vision, body aches, and a low sex drive may also come into play, as your body turns against itself, burning up from the inside. The solution?
Becoming a Zombie: Bad
Since you are still engaging in masturbation and playing with yourself it would be wise to cut that out altogether. Get a little self-discipline and take up a new hobby such as working out or basket weaving, anything but more sexual activity, unless of course you want to turn into a zombie like our poor old friend.
In order to avoid that unfavorable prospect, you might be interested in taking a natural healing formula. (SEE: Herbal Formula for Combating Fatigue) These are comprised of powerful herbal concoctions which can help you to re-balance your HPA axis for better management of your energy storage and utilization, as well as naturally reduce your adrenal stress, and therefore, you’re out of control Cortisol levels. This can lead to a restoration of normal sleep patterns, which will enable your liver to return to its proper function, and start to heal and detoxify your body from the inside out. Soon you can be seeing more clearly, have more abundant energy, and a positive outlook and clearer thinking. Sound good?
So get back on your feet; the only movie you want to be in is “Night of the Living Stud.
