While many people believe it’s impossible to feel pain during orgasm, the exact opposite is the truth. The reality is that many women experience pain at times of masturbation and intercourse. Some feel discomfort during penetration, while others feel abdominal cramping before, during and after masturbation. The Effects of Estrogen

Estrogen is a female hormone responsible for many functions within the body, most of which are related to sexual and reproductive health. Any disruption in hormone levels, however, can cause pain during these contractions that radiates throughout the abdomen.

In addition to orgasm pain, the other spectrum of your problem is clitoral and vaginal insensitivity. This explains your inability to orgasm during intercourse. The likely culprit is over-masturbation with vibrators and water jets. Sex and masturbation alike yield a wealth of health benefits that cannot be overlooked. Engaging excessively, however, can cause temporary damage to nerve endings.
