Does Masturbation Make You Come Quicker?

John remembers the first time he masturbated. He can recall how wonderful he felt after releasing his seed. A few strokes was all it took to orgasm, but he felt appeased. Soon after, he took up masturbation as a hobby. He witnessed his endurance increase from a few minutes to a few hours. He felt proud, almost accomplished of his newfound endurance. As he matured, he had the chance to have sex. And as John described it, “If I can last hours while masturbating, sex should be no different.”

He was wrong. In fact, a television commercial would have lasted longer than he did.

Even though he lost his virginity, he kept on masturbating. He masturbated so much that he lost his endurance during sex. Similar to his first time masturbating, a few thrusts was all it took for John to orgasm during sex. But like many men, John never saw the correlation between his sexual endurance and masturbatory activities.

The Endurance Game
Penile stimulation is like a stress ball: squeeze long enough, and it loses its strength. The more you masturbate, the more stimulation the body requires to become erect. More importantly, masturbation trains the mind to ejaculate a certain way. Sexual endurance is like a car battery. It has its expiration date, but depending on how often it’s used, it may die sooner than expected. And like a car battery, sex will last depending on how much energy you have to spare.

A man’s body contains a set amount of sexual energy in the form of hormones and neurotransmitters. From dopamine and serotonin to testosterone and cortisol, these multi-syllable chemicals keep a man hard and prevent him from ejaculating. Excessive masturbation depletes the body of neurochemicals, while the liver, responsible for hormonal production and detoxification, experiences a reduction in its core functions. With the liver damaged, the body cannot produce enough serotonin to help keep the ejaculatory valve closed.

The Parasympathetic Effect
The ejaculatory valve releases lubrication to stimulate the penile gland for an ejaculation, but the valve serves another, more important purpose: preventing the release of semen. When a man experiences stimulation, the parasympathetic nerves see an up tick in serotonin. Serotonin then provides the penis with enough pleasure to open and close the ejaculatory valve to lubricate the penile gland with pre-cum necessary for an ejaculation. But when little serotonin is found, the parasympathetic nerves cannot close the valve long enough to prevent an ejaculation. As a result of an opened valve, men prematurely explode.

Closing the Valve
Hormonal imbalances and a weakened liver create havoc on a man’s endurance. Hormones keep the ejaculatory valve closed, while the liver increases hormonal production. The problem is excessive masturbation ruins both of these chemical processes. Too much hanky panky depletes the body of its hormone levels while it forces the liver to work itself into exhaustion. Men who experience constant premature ejaculation after years of abusive masturbation may experience both a hormonal imbalance and a weakened liver.

If you experience P.E. problems, you may need to take Herbal Nourishing Pills for Ejaculatory Nerves & Premature Ejaculation to help balance your serotonin levels and strengthen your parasympathetic nerves for improved ejaculation control. Thanks to Astragalus and Cimicifuga in the formula, men can experience a sedation of the hyper-sensitive nerves for improved ejaculatory control.
