She’s had Too Much Fun in the Shower and Can’t Orgasm Because of Nerve Desensitization

She has experimented with masturbating since she was 17 years old. Through trial and error she’s learned what she does and does not like. One of her favorite items is the shower jet, which she’s used for years and has now desensitized her clitoris.
Case #: 1349
Concern:

When I was 17, I started to explore my body. I played with my nipples. I massaged my kitty and masturbated. I masturbated a lot, actually. I masturbated with a vibrator. I masturbated with veggies. I even masturbated with shower jets. I found what I liked, and what I didn’t. I hated most vibrators because the plastic irritated my skin. Cucumbers were terrible and bananas broke easily. So I stuck with shower jets. But after years of using a shower jet, I find it impossible to feel anything. What have I done to myself?
Discussion:

Many women cannot reach orgasm unless they masturbate. The explanation for this is in technique: vaginal penetration feels good but brings only a small percentage of the female population to climax. Rather than intercourse, most females need clitoral stimulation. Vibrators, massagers and other sex toys are marketed so heavily to women for this reason: they provide the stimulation necessary for orgasm.
But masturbation is not without risks. This isn’t to say that you shouldn’t engage, but you must use caution and be familiar with your body. Over-masturbation – widely accepted as more than three times per week – can cause the desensitization you’re now experiencing. Even a finger can provide too much stimulation because your body is more delicate than you probably think.
Anatomy of the Female Genitalia

Knowledge of the female genitalia can help you better understand your body and how it works. That portion visible from the outside is the vulva and includes the vulva lips and clitoris. The clit, a small organ that grows during sexual arousal, contains 8,000 nerve endings and is a woman’s most sensitive spot. But it’s far from isolated; those nerves connect to approximately 15,000 others located throughout the abdomen. This explains why an orgasm seems to rocket from a woman’s head to her toes.
Stimulating the clit provides a different orgasm than that of the vagina. Different nerves are involved, and most women who can experience orgasms from both organs report those from the clitoris are more intense. Using a shower jet is so pleasurable for you because it provides direct stimulation to your most sensitive spot.
Too Much Pleasure Brings Pain

However, the female genitalia were not made to receive constant pleasure. This is evidenced in part by the hood that covers and protects the clitoris. The other proof is in the fact that most women don’t like their clits to be immediately touched – because of sensitivity. Many have thus learned to masturbate or receive stimulation from their partners in ways that forego direct contact.
The same is also true of the vagina. When you reach orgasm from penetration, you’ve stimulated your G-spot. This compressed location is also made up of nerves that, when stroked too much, lose their sensitivity.
How Sensitivity Works
To better understand the nerves of the genitalia, take your finger and repeatedly rub a spot on your arm. At first the sensation is pleasurable, but with time it becomes uncomfortable and numb. This is the same desensitization process that occurs with the clitoris and G-spot. The only difference is that you’re using a shower jet for stimulation.
Like a vibrator, the jet emits pulses with changeable speeds and pressures to accommodate your desires. As you repeatedly use this instrument to reach orgasm, your nerves slowly become desensitized. To achieve the desired effect, you must continually increase speed and pulse. Repeated use of the shower jet combined with ever more pressure has damaged your nerves so you can no longer orgasm.
Healing Power of Herbs

Luckily, the damage to your body is temporary. But you must stop masturbating for several days in order to heal. The numbness is a sign of sexual exhaustion, and you won’t feel pleasure again until your nerves are repaired.
An all-natural herbal formula will speed up the healing process so you can resume your sexual expression. (SEE: Herbal Formula for Clitoral Sensitivity Restoration) Herbs have long been harnessed for their healing powers, and particular ones yield significant benefits to females. Ingredients like Horny Goat Weed and Mucuna Prurien repair damaged nerves and enhance arousal. They also improve blood flow to restore healthy tissues in the clitoris and vagina.

What to do

Natural Clitoral Revitalization – Revive the Sensitivity & Passion

Most modern career-oriented adults sadly discover that as life gets busier, they (and many other couples) indulge in unsatisfying goal-oriented sex. A ‘quickie’ gets the job done. But all this ‘too much’ and ‘too fast’ can numb a woman’s most...
