​Lycopene: A Cure for Frequent Trips to the Bathroom Caused by BPH

From tomatoes and carrots to guavas and watermelons, Lycopene provides a

    6. 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
    7. 2 ounces of orzo
    8. 2 teaspoons Sunny Greek Islands Salt-Free Greek Seasoning
    9. 2 tablespoon of Tomato Powder
    10. 4 ounces of feta cheese
    11. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

    Advantages: Tomato powder contains a higher amount of beneficial nutrients per dosage, giving males a bigger boost of Lycopene. Males with severe issues of frequency can notice improved results over a few months. More importantly, powder mixes well into smoothies, juices and foods.

    Disadvantages: Males might dislike the taste of tomato inside of their food or drinks.
