Yogasutra: How Yoga Helps Men With Premature Ejaculation

“He came early” are words you never want to hear a woman utter. Unless she’s using the phrase to describe your timeliness, you don’t want to hear those words. But every day, millions of men combat the urge to “come early,” and while most men blame their early exit on nerves, the causes remain varied and complex. According to studies, men will experience premature ejaculation issues at least once during their lives, some with more frequency than others.

Yogasutra aims to quell the frequency of your P.E. problems, and yoga, unlike the traditional approaches, can increase the body’s mental and physical strength to improve the passion under the sheets. Men with flexibility issues can find some of these poses difficult to perform, but still, some will find these positions helpful.

How These Poses Help

Compared to traditional medicines, herbal supplements or healing techniques, yoga focuses on strengthening the mind and the body. While most men think the improvements yoga offers are outlandish and even egregious, yoga can reduce anxiety, strengthen the adrenal glands and increase a man’s fertility.

Yogasutra for Improved Sexual Endurance


1. Thyroid Pose: As the name suggest, the Adrenal Pose aims to improve the thyroid gland, which regulates several functions inside the body, such as metabolism and energy. By strengthening the adrenal glands at the same time, men will notice the pose increases control over their orgasms.

To perform the pose, lie down with your legs extended forward. Slowly raise your legs together. Position your palms under your hips and back to support your legs. Raise your legs until your toes point toward the ceiling and your weight rests on your shoulders. Once all your weight remains on your shoulder, straighten your arms and position them over your elevated legs.

2. The Strength Pose: Designed to resolve hernias, the Strength Pose improves control over an ejaculation by quelling your nerves.

To perform this pose, start by sitting and placing your weight on your knees. Keep your body upright while pointing your toes downward. Next, bend your elbow and place it behind your back. Move your left hand behind your back to grab the right hand.

3. P.E. Strengthener: Considered the best premature ejaculation pose, P.E. Strengthener improves metabolism and increases the potency of sperm.

To start, stretch your legs forward. Using your hands, hold both of your big toes while leaning forward. Your aim is to press your forehead against your knees while exhaling.
Most men will find these poses helpful; however, men who cannot perform these positions may find all-natural supplements useful.

Technique Versus Supplements Versus Medication

It’s safe to assume that not all men will be able to perform these techniques or will be able to afford the supplements or medications. Each approach to treat P.E. will offer its advantages and disadvantages.

Yoga

Pros

  • Improves the body and the mind, allowing for greater strength and endurance.
  • Contains no side effects and offers a cost-free method for reducing unwanted urges.

Cons

  • Requires the performance of rigorous movements that can prevent some men from correctly completing the moves.
  • Requires a certain level of strength to perform.
  • Not ideal for seniors and men with knee, back or shoulder problems.


Supplements

Pros

  • Contains no additives that cause side effects.
  • Uses natural herbs and minerals to strengthen the key areas that control an ejaculation. For example, Schizandra quells irritable and restless nerves that can cause premature ejaculation.
  • Beneficial for men of all ages.

Cons

  • Results will vary and the effectiveness of each herb will differ.
  • Requires a few weeks to see results.
