The Pain and Gain of Over Masturbation
Jim Watson was considered by his doctors as an excellent patient. He had an outstanding record of health--low blood pressure, low risk of diabetes and even low cholesterol. For a man in his late 40s, Jim proved that the test of time doesn’t affect everyone the same.

But after the death of his wife, Jim felt “alone.” His kids had moved out, and his only real company was his dog. And as a lonely, inordinately horny middle-aged man, Jim masturbated—a lot.

Jim spent mornings, afternoons and evenings on his computer, clicking and shifting through porn pictures, videos and “free video chat rooms.” He looked for any avenues of voyeurism that would help him reach his climax faster and more pleasurable than before.

But all this masturbation started to take on some ineffectual side effects--low libido, weak erections and limited sensitivity. What assailed Jim the worst wasn’t the occasional weak erections or the limited sensitivity—it was the constant lower back pain.

All the Pain, None of the Gain
Jim, as do 31 million Americans according to the American Chiropractor Association, suffers from debilitating lower back pain. Global Burden of Disease reported in 2010 that the leading cause for disabilities in America was lower back pain. And for Jim, it proved as an exasperating nuisance for a construction worker. But for Jim—and men like him—the pain can occur from not just stress and strenuous work ethic, but from a lack of nutrients.

The back, composed from a series of muscles, requires nutrients just like every other part of the body. These nutrients perform repairs, provide necessary aid to organs and nervous systems for proper hormone releases, and assist in the recover of injuries. For men like Jim who masturbate in excess, the body loses these vital nutrients and chemicals, including oxytocin, DHEA, testosterone, and prostaglandin E-1 and E-3. For Jim, all his excessive pleasure released another hormone: prostaglandin E-2, an inflammatory chemical meant to relax the muscles.

Prostaglandin E-2, however, can cause pain when found in high levels. Jim found out firsthand the effects of too much prostaglandin E-2 in his body. He found himself struggling to get out of bed. Using the restroom made for a cumbersome ordeal of acrobatic maneuvering to inflict the least amount of pain, and even walking proved an arduous step-by-step process for the 48-year-old male.

Each time Jim ejaculated, his body lost oxytocin, DHEA, DHT, testosterone, and prostaglandin E-1 and E-3. This hodgepodge of neurochemicals meant to heal the body, improve the sex drive, and yes, minimize back pain (especially both prostaglandin E-1 and E-3) were found in much lower levels thanks to all his self pleasure.

Minimizing the Pain
Painkillers can alleviate the pain, but long-term use of these drugs can damage the body too and even prevent the dulling of pain. Jim needed an alternative—a natural method to reduce the pain and prevent exacerbating the problem.

For men like Jim, basic stretches can ease the pain, but too herbal solutions can restore the loss of vital chemicals the body needs to heal and to repair the strained muscles. These herbs work together to provide a potent mixture to restore both DHT levels while lowering prostaglandin E-2 that inflames the body. When both methods are combined, the body can see a reduction in pain.

After a few weeks of taking an herbal solution and doing regular back stretches, Jim saw a reduction in pain. Going to the restroom was less difficult, and even walking was without strain. Of course, Jim still liked to masturbate—just not as much. He saw himself much happier now, and with less pain and frustration than before.
