Ejaculate Too Early? - Most men are too embarrassed to address their PE problem…

Imagine being at a great restaurant when you are famished and longing for something to eat. The food finally comes and you salivate at the sight of the victuals in front of you. You ready your fork and knife and take that first bite into the delicious food. As you are about to take a second bite, you realize you have suddenly lost your appetite. Yet the food still looks strongly appealing.

You can only sit back and be disappointed; your meal has been prematurely cut short. While this scenario may be a bit far-fetched, imagine if this happened to you in the bedroom. You are in the middle of intercourse and everything is going perfectly. You are enjoying yourself, sharing the pleasures of the physical world with your partner. What can go wrong?

What most don't know is that premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common sexual dysfunction among men. It is hard to define ‘premature ejaculation’ because it is such an extremely subjective problem. However, the most widely accepted definition of is the inability to delay ejaculation to the point where it is mutually satisfying for both partners. It could be up to the couple to decide what is too early!

Some couples are completely satisfied with intercourse lasting only a few minutes while others prefer a session that spans to a half an hour. Whatever your preferences are, if you feel unsatisfied with the lack of time it takes to reach orgasm and would like to prolong it, you are experiencing premature ejaculation.

Of course, PE can be a harrowing experience for a man to endure.

Janine, 26, recalls the first time she had sex with one of her boyfriends:

We got into bed and undressed. Within a few minutes, I can barely remember because it happened so fast, he came. I was a little disappointed but I was more concerned for him. He looked so embarrassed and wouldn't go near me no matter how hard I tried. After that experience he seemed so distant and we eventually broke up.

Kate, 30, recently divorced her husband and began dating again. She remembers her first sexual experience since she left her husband:

My boyfriend and I had sex a few times but never for longer than five minutes. I even watched the clock one time. He would always apologize to me. There was even one time when he ejaculated before we even started having sex. It was a weird experience. We didn't have much sex after a while. He would always be too nervous.

Most men will experience premature ejaculation at least once in their lives but when the problem becomes persistent and detrimental to a relationship, it should be examined and the man should take herbs to control ejaculation.
