It’s in your best interest to stop masturbating. Your body is too immature. Exercising will better direct your hormones toward building a better body. Spend two or three hours a day exercising outdoors. Don't spend too much time surfing the Internet and watching porn. Over masturbation, also known as sexual exhaustion, can stunt your potential for growth and better health. If you suffer from sexual exhaustion later in life, the resultant poor performance in bed can damage your relationships.
If you have sexual urges, eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, sees, beans, and reduce your intake of dairy and beef products by half. Always remember: prevention is better than treatment.
