Sudden prostate pain after sexual activities

Concern：

I have a BPH condition along with along with inflammation on L3-L4 disk and hip joint. It’s very strange that acute prostate pain occurred right after intercourse. At the beginning, I thought the cause might be due to the movement involved. But right now, I get the pain after masturbation too.
