i’m 27, 6’3 and 180 pounds. i have a crazy fast metabolism, so i like to eat big, protein-rich meals like chicken stir-fry and hamburger helper. i wouldn’t say i’m super healthy, but i stay thin because of my high metabolism. i smoke a couple times a day, or at least once a day, after work. what do you think my problem is? do you think it’s the marijuana, or something else?

I’m 30, 5’10, 160 pounds, and I work out every day in some way, either heavy cardio or weight lifting. Every week I take one “rest day” to allow my muscles to recover, on this day I don’t do my penile exercises either. it seems like I must take a break from my heavy exercise, but do I have to stop all exercise, or can I continue jogging or light lifting? How much is too much, does anyone have any ideas?
