Cramp bark and Dong Quai make a great herbal combination to help replenish essential hormones that are depleted by monthly menstrual cramps. Though these crispy chips are relatively easy to make, their benefits are complex and wide-ranging. This snack is an excellent addition to Cramp bark or other herbal PMS supplements. It works well for women who suffer from minor abdominal discomfort or cramps. If you are experiencing frequent and severe menstrual cramps, concentrated herbal supplements are the best solution.

1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
10 flour tortillas cut into 8 wedges

Comments
Give your chips a sweet and spicy twist by adding a little more sugar than what the recipe calls for. Mix it up even more by using whole-wheat flour tortillas instead of the usual beloved flour tortillas.
Keep an eye on your chips as they bake. Don’t overcook. If overdone, the burnt spices can ruin the final product.
