Anal breathing technique discussion – difficulty in controlling pressure on bladder & prostate

Beginner of anal breathing technique had difficulty time controlling the pressure on the bladder & prostate and sees no improvement on his early ejaculation problem. The cause is possibly due to early onset of sexual activity before puberty

Concern:

I have been practicing the anal breathing technique according to the instructions. It’s not easy to master the second step regarding to the pressure on the bladder & prostate. I tried it couple times. I have no change in the sensation in my genitals. No numbness or lowered sensitivity. The arousal peaks just as soon and sometime it ejaculate no matter how hard I try to hold it. I was hoping this technique can help my quick ejaculation problem possibly rooted from started masturbation too early when I was 12.

Discussion:

You are doing something wrong. You have to learn baby breathing first - use your belly for breathing. Start with a simple "butt exercise." When you pee, apply light pressure to your bladder for expelling urine and at the same time lift your heels and ankles up; then squeeze your buttocks against your tailbone and anus to stop your peeing without contracting your prostate & PC muscles.

Then try to use the somatic nerves to squeeze the butt muscles to trigger the tailbone's S2-S4 to close the bladder-prostate outlet. You can use the same principle to shut down the prostate ejaculation duct during sex.

You have to train the nervous circuit to automatically respond to sexual stimulation. Basic training is to do the butt exercises outside the restroom (without peeing). Open your legs to the same width as your shoulders in a natural standing position and simply apply light pressure against your bladder without leaking, and then periodically contract your buttocks against your tailbone until your tailbone is warmed up.

After you get used to the butt exercises, you can start to synchronize butt contraction with each inhalation. When you inhale, you lightly pull up (or contract) your anus-tailbone muscle toward your spine (not toward your perineum or prostate), so that you can feel air being sucking into your anus and tailbone and spine.

A lot of beginners may contract the anal muscle too hard so that contraction also affects the prostate & PC muscles. The anal breathing method considers the anus as the pivot that divides the prostate-PC (perineum or pelvic floor) muscle and the anus-tailbone muscle. In fact, it is very difficult to isolate each other. The only way to isolate the Prostate/PC muscle from the anus-tailbone muscle is to do it mathematically. In order to cancel the contraction of the prostate/PC muscle, you have to apply light pressure to your bladder with an expansion of your lower abdomen. This will also expand and relax the prostate-PC muscles, so that the anal breathing anus-tailbone exercises won't affect the prostate-PC muscles. In fact, it helps relax the prostate tension for prolonging sex.

Finally, once your anal-tailbone muscle can automatically respond to your mind focusing on the tailbone or from sexual stimulation, your anus-tailbone muscle will start to contract in response to each inhalation as long as you focus on the tailbone. You will no longer need to squeeze your buttocks anymore. You can stand up, lie on your back, or sit down to circulate the sexual energy with each inhale when you move your mind to your tailbone.

If you have a weak PC muscle or prostate muscle, you can take nourishing herbs for your prostate and PC muscle. Herbs such as Dianthus, Ophiopogen, Patrinia, Pyrrosia, and Imperata are particular beneficial for helping you mastering the technique.
