No woman wants to hear she's too “loose,” especially after sex. To test out the exercises, women should sit down for a potty break and try to control their urine stream. If you are able to start and stop the flow of urine, you can Kegel like a champ! Doing this stop-start exercise twice each day (without the need urinate), for 10 clenches each time, will increase vaginal elasticity and tightening the pelvic floor. Once you understand the exercise, you can build your endurance by increasing your reps to 30 clenches each time.
