Many women experience painful intercourse, or dyspareunia, at some point in their lives for a variety of reasons. But the location of pain and frequency of pain varies greatly. If left untreated, the causes of sexual pains can become more serious resulting it vaginal abrasions and other extremely painful symptoms.

Symptoms

The locations of the pain during intercourse are different between women; most common pains are vaginal spasms and stinging pain at the entry of vagina. Other pains reported are:

Because of the wide variety of possible causes it’s also recommended that you see our doctor to get another opinion. Sometimes when you get conflicting reports or advise regarding the same problem it does more good than you might think.

When you have a lot to ponder it can be refreshing because it forces you to be specifically attentive to our problems. It makes you pinpoint exactly what the problem is and where the pain is located. Anything that makes you pay closer attention to what’s harming you is a good thing; whatever makes you ask questions and seek out answers is positive. Even if you hit several brick walls along the way, at least you’ll no that those were the wrong problems and you won’t have to revisit those as viable possibilities. The process of elimination is a crucial aspect of combating health issues, especially undiagnosed ones. The more you learn, the more you fail, and the more you eventually know.

Ask you love one to slow down. By slowing down, it's possible to get a lot more pleasurable sensation with less pain and with a fraction of the effort.
