Has she damaged herself with her vibrator? She used to be able to orgasm easily; now she can barely have an orgasm at all. She can only experience orgasm through the direct application of a vibrator to her clitoris, and these are not exceptional. What can she do to reverse this negative situation?

Case #: 1614

I am really scared. I think I have done damage to myself using a vibrator. I can no longer have an orgasm through either oral or stimulation. I really don't like this; I was able to orgasm like nothing before. The only way I can have an orgasm is by using a vibrator directly on my clitoris, but those even those orgasms aren’t very big. Is there any sort of advice you can give me about anything that can help me? I need to be able to reverse this. I want to have my normal orgasms and not have to depend on a vibrator to achieve them.

It sounds as though you’ve exhausted your sex hormones by your constant orgasms—that’s why it’s become more and more difficult for you to have one. Not only that, by orgasms produce biofeedback in the body, and some of those chemicals aren’t good to continually have around. What you need to do to begin having easy, enjoyable orgasms again is to put your passion on pause and rejuvenate your body’s natural rhythms.

Ups and Downs

When you orgasm, your body releases a chemical not usually found in sexually active persons: prolactin. This chemical is normally found in substantial levels breastfeeding women. Only breastfeeding women. It is meant to occur for a short span of time post-orgasm; this is known as the refractory period. During this time, men are unable to regain hardness, and so can’t continue sexual intercourse, while females find themselves unable to orgasm until they reach past this plateau.

Pro No-No

Prolactin has two purposes in its main form: firstly, to encourage the letdown of milk: pro, “for”, and lactin, “milk”. Prolactin’s second purpose is to discourage the women from engaging in further sexual practices until she’s finished breastfeeding—this is why many men complain of their wife’s disinterest in sex during this time. It serves to mute the emanation of positive sensations from the genitals, while also decreasing arousal and sexual satisfaction. You can have sex with a woman with high prolactin levels, but she won’t get much out of it.

This is because wherever prolactin exists, estrogen, the most valuable sex hormone, doesn’t. Without estrogen, sex tissues begin to lose circulation and sensitivity, while vaginal dryness may also become an issue. As estrogen levels decline, so, too, do oxytocin levels; oxytocin, the hormone necessary for female orgasm, as it commences vaginal and uterine contractions.

Cool Off

At this point, you must try to limit the amount of orgasms you have. You mention that they’re not that enjoyable anyways, why not take a few days off? This will stop the buildup of prolactin and give your body a chance to start processing all that excess out. At the same time, I recommend beginning a supplement that boosts your body’s detoxification abilities, and includes the hormones that you do want in your body and are currently missing out on. Restore and More

You need to increase estrogen and oxytocin in your body again, naturally. Mexican Wild Yam has been used for centuries to promote hormonal health through its ability to act as an estrogen in a plant form. This false, phyto-estrogen will boost your oxytocin levels, soon giving you back the orgasms you’re currently missing out on. I wish you the best!

Natural Clitoral Revitalization – Revive the Sensitivity & Passion

Most modern career-oriented adults sadly discover that as life gets busier, they (and many other couples) indulge in unsatisfying goal-oriented sex. A ‘quickie’ gets the job done. But all this ‘too much’ and ‘too fast’ can numb a woman’s most...
