Why Am I Experiencing Symptoms of Sexual Exhaustion?

As a 26-year old, I find myself experiencing a number of sex-related issues. Maybe my problem is linked to excessive masturbation, which is done almost on a daily basis. I feel as if I am a normal male with normal inhibitions. I see a pretty girl; I masturbate. I watch a porno; I masturbate.

Think of the body like a rubber band. You can place stress on the body and it will return to its natural state. If you place too much stress on the body, as with the rubber band, it will break. The low levels of androgen hormones then leads to a proliferation of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that makes activities pleasurable. Too much dopamine alters the brain chemistry, and what once felt fun or pleasurable, no longer garners the same emotion.

As your hormone levels become depleted, the body overproduces another hormone called prostaglandin E-2. Prostaglandin E-2 inflames the body, damaging tissues, nerves, and joints. Chronic elevation of prostaglandin E2 results in severe damage to the parasympathetic nerves testicles, penis, and prostate, explaining why you feel pain throughout these areas. Other essential hormones and neurotransmitters (serotonin, DHEA, dopamine, GABA, etc) are depleted or not secreted properly which explains why you sometimes feel exhausted, depressed, unable to concentrate, and impotent.
