Environmental Toxins Linked to Low Sperm Count
Reports of
male infertility have been on the uptick for the last several decades. Doctors know infertility in men is caused by low sperm count. But men may be struggling to achieve healthy sperm for several reasons.
Many blame unhealthy sperm on over exposure to environmental contaminants, including pseudo-estrogens, which are non-hormone substances that imitate estrogen. Most people consume pseudo-estrogens because of food sprayed with pesticides. And research has shown extremely toxic substances, such as pesticides, can hinder DNA replications.
Enviromental Toxins
Additional environmental causes can be linked to pollutants, infections and chemical toxins. These dangerous chemicals negatively impact testicular functions, but also attack a man's sperm count. Specific toxins, including DDT, PCP, Dioxins and Aldrin, all used in pesticides, can damage sperm production. Exposure to lead, arsenic and hydrocarbons, used to soften plastics, can also damage sperm production.
Back to Baby-Making Form
Improving a man's sperm count seems like an exercise in futility. But, it's not. Certain herbs can provide essential nutrients that boost sexual endurance and potency. A combination of Mucuna pruniens, Avena Sativa, Tribulus, Catuaba, Cistanche, Maca and Saw Palmetto can increase healthy sperm, boost semen and improve testicular health.
