Does Too Much Masturbation Before Puberty Cause Really Soft Erection?
There’s the old adage that says if you don’t use it, you may lose it.

And while the science behind that is debatable, it turns out that if you overuse it, it’s quite possible to lose it.
Take for example excessive masturbation, an activity most men engage in on a regular basis. Excessive masturbation can lead to increased softness and weakness of an erection. How? Each time you masturbate, your body loses hormones. When you masturbate in excess before puberty, the body experiences an imbalances.
Why Hormones and Neurochemicals are So Important?
Hormones and neurotransmitters power erections.  Testosterone, a male’s primary hormone, creates the urge for sex, and when a large amount of testosterone remains depleted, it takes a significant amount of time to replenish. Masturbation, meanwhile, can prolong the time it takes to restore these hormones.
Several other neurochemicals assist in maintaining healthy erections. Dopamine, for instance, helps to stimulate the penis, while nitric oxide establishes a signal between the brain and the penis to sustain an erection.

Additionally, acetylcholine maintains the levels of arousal and excitement. But incessant masturbation decreases the presence of all of these chemicals and leads to weaker erections. How?
Lowered amounts of dopamine increase the amount of stimulation needed to sustain an erection, while decreased levels of nitric oxide stall the signals between the penis and the brain, leading to difficulties in creating an erection. A lack of acetylcholine, meanwhile, disrupts the blood flow that maintains an erection.
Find Help
In order to help stabilize and regain the hormones and neurotransmitters that produce and maintain healthy erections, a gradual waning off of masturbation will help to reestablish a hormonal balance.  Hormone supplements can also restore testosterone and neurochemicals to the body.

There are botanical formulas and herbs that can replenish the body of these chemicals depleted by over masturbation. Herbs such as Curculigo, Cnidium, Schisandra, Cynomorium, Rehmannia, Cuscuta and Cornus can increase the production of nitric oxide in the body, improving the blood flow vital to maintaining a strong erection.

Too much of a good thing can be detrimental sometimes. Masturbation is a pleasurable and enjoyable activity, but excessive amounts can lead to weak erections that can create even greater problems for a man’s sexual health.  Dialing down on the frequency of masturbation and keeping hormonal levels in balance by taking herbal supplements can ensure the presence of healthy and strong erections.
