Five years ago, I was a sex animal. Thanks to my parents, I am have good appearance genes. I had a lots of women before and did not have problems at all. I was able to handle 2 girls in 1 long night.  Now misery has bestowed me. Now I ejaculate in 30 seconds.  It’s hard to believe, but it’s true now that I have both premature ejaculation with very poor erection quality. I used to have just early ejaculation problem… I went to a family doc whom gave me SSRI. Not only it didn’t work, BANG! It took my sex drive and made my penis soft. I hate SSRI so much, I called it: Sexual Suicidal Ridiculous Insult!
 
So this was my story… I wanna to know if anyone that have same problems got recovered from this technique. If so, how long? Thanks bros…

It'seasy to understand, but hard to practice at the beginning. It took me a while to get the breathing correct. Now, I get really calm after 2 minutes of doing it. I just experienced some sort of heat around my belly,,, moving up around my spine... PE issue is not an issue for me anymore...

That's great!

Anyone who has even had a PE issue once will tell you how embarrassing it can be, when it really shouldn't be anything more than another topic of discussion that we all have shared when we share the human condition. There are chemical ways of controlling the same sorts of valves through the nervous system, but I would always prefer the natural practice, and extra motivation to meditate regularly. Spritual Health is directly in ratio to Sexual Health until your body stops producing any HGH.

The way it explains the way to breathe is especially detailed. I can see other uses for similar techniques whether it is a PE, sensitivity in general, or a firmness issue. That is very true. Mind over matter works excellent but for some people it is just something hard to face. If everyone knew how to do that then the PE problems would disappear. That's why I find it very helpful to have articles such as these to help the people that don't know.

We should always promote healthy open communication about sex and sensuality. While there is a time and a place for almost everything, there shouldn't be anything between two committed partners that can't be expressed in some way. Most men find asking for the solution difficult because our societal norms tell us that any show of weakness will hurt our chances of finding a mate.  This is categorically false. The Less amount of time that you research, the less you try new things and experiment, and the less you openly and freely explain without shame or any feeling but the anxiety of wanting to resolve an issue that hasn't been addressed yet. It should never be the tabboo topic that can only be discussed with your grey hair doctor that you occassionally play golf with.
This goes both ways. Express yourselves freely. If you want to bring in carnival games, you shouldn't have to ask. This also means that you should be able to freely express your wish to not participate in activities just the same. This method is great because you can practice it alone or with someone. In fact, I believe it is healthier to do both. While alone you can work on the aspects that take more concentration because with repitition comes ease. With your partner, you can test your level of tolerances, and turn it into a learning and loving experience for both of you!

Well said Isaak. Well said. I agree with you on everything. Don't be ashamed. If you need help don't be scared to ask for help. That is a reason on why I love this site. People come here with their problems and I am glad to help them out the best I can. If i'm not knowledgable in that certain field then I let someone else answer. But you are right. For this breathing technique. Try it out by yourself and with a partner. Even if it doesn't work for you, it's not going to hurt. Plus, I bet a lot of men are going to be happy when they read they can do it with their partners and not always alone.

I don't think there is anyone comfortable enough to make a video like that and have it posted on here. That's why I think there is this sort of demonstration. I think it pretty much sums up the whole thing since you wouldn't really be able to tell if you are breathing in or out if it were a real demonstration.

I really hope this is not a silly question... When you "hold your breath" do you continue thrusting, or do you stop thrusting? And do you exhale on every thrust in? Forgive me, I am trust trying to get the breathing co-ordination right... Thank you

I think your lady should be on top for this to be effective. Clenching and thrusting and all this breathing is extremely difficult. I am trying to get a hold of breathing while making love myself. Also if your lady is on top, its a better position for people with PE issues, I have heard that the blood flow does not make you wanna ejaculate because its getting pulled down by gravity.

I would suggest that you have plenty of room to cool off as well. She can be close to you but if too much heat is getting built up... you wanna control that.

I am struggling with PE myself. :(

How long have you been suffering from PE? This is a great technique to use when you can already last a while. I tried it at first without taking any herbal supplements and found out that it helped but it was very minimal. I started taking Kugentin and then all of a sudden my duration went through the roof along with this technique. I would also use the Masters and Johnson's Squeeze Method because it helped even further. I prefer the squeeze method more. Lasting longer and being able to actually perform.

I have been suffering from PE since the first time I ever masterbated. I was thirteen.

The suppliments here are sorta problematic for me. They have animal derived stuff in them and I am an animal rights guy... full on vegan. I have ordered the Herbal Tincture for PE. I have stopped taking the suppliments that my accupucture therapist prescribed to me. 3 months passed and nothing helped. Instead I am treating my depression with L-trypthophan, calcium and magnesium, Vitamin D and Arginine to name a few. I have come acorss some research saying that people with PE could have high histamine levels and/or low magnisium and obviously stress is a contributor. L-trypthophan when taken with B6 and Vit D + Vit C seems to raise serotonin levels that is all yummy stuff in bad times and bet times.

You took the right path. Because of your vegan diet most of the bottles will interfere. Tinctures are consisted of only the natural herbs so you are using the right things. Just keep using that and make sure you follow the appropriate steps and soon you won't be dealing with your problem anymore. Your research is very interesting too. I looked it up and found the exact same information you are talking about. Extremely interesting.
