Herbs In This Solution

Anemia, a condition in which an individual can feel fatigued even after a good night’s rest, tends to occur because of a lack of iron thanks to a poor diet. Most women with a heavy menstrual flow, however, can contract the condition even with a great diet. Skin can become pale. Concentration can be non-existent. Even food cravings can disappear. An oxygen-deprived heart, thanks to the anemia, can cause symptoms similar to that of a heart attack.

Top 5 Food Sources of Iron

Clams 3oz 23.5 mg
Oysters 3oz 10 mg
Soybeans 1/2 cup, cooked 4.2 mg
Pumpkin Seed Kernels 1oz, roasted 4 mg
Blackstrap Molasses 1 tbsp 3.8 mg

Diet and Herbs
Anemia, for most people, can be easily controlled. Proper diet can provide the essential iron sources, while adequate sleep can re-energize an individual. Alongside sleep and diet, natural herbs can help impede a heavy menstrual flow from exuding essential iron from the body.  Women who take Shepherd’s Purse, an astringent herb known to constrict blood vessels and reduce blood flow, can see a significant reduction in bleeding.

I am a virgin and have never had sexual intercourse. However, I have had oral sex with him and have messed around. Since there has been no actual intercourse and he hasn't come anywhere near my vagina or panties why did I get my period late along with heavy bleeding?

Just make sure that you follow these remedies. These have helped me out. And also be careful with your emotions. Because emotions have a lot to do with the menstrual cycle and it can delay, or extend the period of time.
