The Method of Anal Breathing is a beginner’s version of Tao’s Harmonic Qi Gong, which focuses mostly on the lower part of the body. The Method Of Anal Breathing helps young men suffering from weak erection and youth impotence problems. Passed down from the Tao masters in China, the technique enhances the bioenergy flow from two major channels in the body—the Governor Vessel and Conception Vessel. Dr. NK Lin, a prominent ‘sexpert’ has advocated the benefits of this technique for years.

How It's Done
  • Start with a simple "butt exercise". While you expel urine, apply light pressure to the bladder by pushing your heels and ankles upward to squeeze your buttocks against your tailbone and anus. The procedure will stop the flow of urine without contracting your prostate and P.C. muscles. The muscles in your buttock will trigger the tailbone's S2-S4 region to close the bladder-prostate outlet.
  • Ensure your legs remain at the same width as your shoulders. Apply light pressure against your bladder, and contract your buttocks against your tailbone until your tailbone is warm.
  • Synchronize your butt contraction with each inhalation. When you inhale, contract your anus-tailbone muscle toward your spine (not toward your perineum or prostate); you should feel air being sucking into your anus, tailbone, and spine. The sensation of air being sucked into your anus is the Anal Breathing technique.
Muscle Contracting Tips
Beginners tend to contract the anal muscles too hard. Hard contractions will affect the prostate and P.C. muscles. As you gain more experience, you will better control the P.C. and anus-tailbone muscles voluntarily, improving erection quality.

Apply light pressure to your bladder. The pressure will help expand and relax the P.C. and prostate muscles. The Anal Breathing technique will also help relax prostate tension, allowing for prolonged sex.

If you have a weak P.C. or prostate muscle, take nourishing herbs from Exhaustion Recovery For Your Prostate. Herbs in the formula such as: Dianthus, Ophiopogen, Patrinia, Pyrrosia and Imperata help rejuvenate fatigued P.C. and prostate muscles.

Fill Up Your Reservoir
If you no longer experience morning erections or feel fatigued, your testosterone reserve may be low or empty. Testosterone boosts the production of nitric oxide that empowers an erection and expands the penile tissues. Take Deer Antler Testosterone Formula or Herbs For Male Low Sex Drive to boost your testosterone reservoir and give your loved one a helluva joy ride!

For Advanced Practitioners:
Once your anal-tailbone muscles start to respond automatically, the muscles will contract during each inhalation. You will no longer need to squeeze your buttocks. You can stand up, lie on your back, or sit down to circulate the sexual energy with each inhalation.

What part are you doing wrong? The only muscle that is really used is the one in the anus when breathing in you push it out and up, towards teh spine as it says. You won't be able to find it but you feel it once you feel the air going into your anus. Just push out and up when inhaling.

Sorry, I think I was just having a bad day. When you say push it out do you mean back? Or do you mean push out like pushing out gas? And are you talking about the anal sphinkter muscle? Where gas comes out.

The person who said to contract the area near the tailbone or lower spine? Is that what you mean? That person is right? So I contract the area near the tailbone or lower spine? Sorry for so many questions. Thanks so much.

Let me break down the instructions for you.

"When you inhale, contract your anus-tailbone muscle toward your spine (not toward your perineum or prostate)"

When you inhale, push your anus out (this will be your tailbone muscle). As you push it out you move it up towards your spine because your spine is on top of your anus.

Do not push towards your prostate or perineum, which basically means do not push in or down.

Push your anus out, and then up towards your tailbone.
Good luck! Stay healthy my friend.

I think I was successful doing this when I contracted the muscle at my tailbone. Are there any muscles higher than the tailbone? If I contract the muscle which is around my tailbone is that the one? When I contract this muscle I am able to breathe in and expand the upper area of my buttocks.

That's great news! The tailbone isn't a muscle but if you're getting the correct muscle and expanding towards your tailbone then it sounds like you're doing it right. From what you said in this comment, I think you don't have anything to worry about and you are doing it right.
Good luck! Stay healthy my friend.

You're welcome. No problem. All exercises are safe as long as you're doing it the right way. This one in specific is as safe as possible because it does not require much to do with your penis and jerking it in all sorts of ways. This one is the safest and by the sounds of how you are doing it, you should be safe without an injury.
Good luck! Stay healthy my friend.

Alex, I figured it out, I think I was doing it wrong because I thought the sacrum was called the tailbone. I was contracting near the sacrum. Am I supposed to push my anus out and up? Can you explain a little bit more please? My anal sphincter? Do I push that out and up? Thank you.

Have you tried to copy what the image on the top of this article is doing? To me it looks like pushing the butt out. I don't know if for you it seems like pushing out gas or anything else but just try to do it like that and it should work perfectly.

Take a look at the picture above. That is exactly what I mean by pushing the anus out. There is some contraction to it but if you are doing it just like the picture, you are doing it correctly.

This is still very confusing. What I do is pull the area near my anus back and up and I felt that this contracts the area between my anus and tailbone. My problem is I am not able to breathe in and expand the area near my anus and tailbone and spine. Has anyone here ever done anal breathing successfully? Can I have some more help please?

Thank you so much for your help everyone. I think I am doing this right now. My muscle is tired right now but I think I was doing everything right. I was pushing my muscles near my tailbone back and maybe up but mostly back. does this seem correct at all? Thank you so much for your help.

If you started getting that tired feeling then it seems you are doing it correctly. That means you are tiring out the muscle, and that only means imporvement. Keep it up! Wait a few weeks and then if you don't see results, ask away. For now, keep doing it exactly as you do it.

How long have you been doing it for already? Have you seen any difference or change or feel better? Try to do the same thing while putting pressure on your bladder. You probably already are doing this step in a different manner you're just worrying about it too much now that you have started to doubt yourself. Applying pressure to the bladder is right next to the prostate, if you are doing either one of them it should work for you.

Rim, when you said anus before do you mean the place where gas comes out? How do I push that out? Is there a contraction or just pulling it out. Thank you so much.

I hope I did not just hurt myself. I put pressure on the bladder at the same time as pulling back on that area near my anus. I think that is not correct. I hope there is no damage or anything negative.

Sorry, I have not figured it out yet everyone. You said once to push the anus out and up. Do you mean the anal sphincter? I guess I push that out and up? Do I hold a pressure against the bladder while I am doing that? I think I tried something like that and I don't know if it was great. But I think I was not doing it right possibly.

I might have figured it out everyone. I think it is a contraction where a tail would be if you had a tail. Right now I imagine I am wagging my tail left and right and then contract there while putting pressure on my bladder and inhailing. I have not tried this much yet so I am not sure if I have it right. Thank you.

Is the anus the anus-tailbone muscle?

The actual definition for anus is "the opening at the end of the alimentary canal through which solid waste matter leaves the body." I think what everyone is referring by this is to move the anus towards the tailbone, which is basically moving up.

What you are experiencing is just in your head. I am sure you know how to contract. It's just like sucking in. Look at it this way, it's like breathing out, your lungs become contracted because there is no air inside. Do the same with your anus, get the air out.

To do it correctly you breathe in as you contract. At the same time.
