Manual stretching restores the circumcised foreskin using your hands and fingers. Stretching manually is a good start to foreskin restoration. While surgical procedures are available to restoring the lost skin, non-surgical procedures prove inexpensive and effective.
Fast Stretch with 2 Fingers
  1. Sanitize your hands. Use one hand to hold the penis.
  2. Use the thumb and index fingers to stretch the tip of the foreskin.
  3. Hold the stretched skin in position for five minutes. Use lubrication when necessary.
Squeezing with Fingers
  1. This technique uses the thumb, index and middle fingers together to help a man expand the skin. Sanitize your hands first. Pull the penis upward and hold the penis shaft skin with thumb and middle finger.
  2. Squeeze the glan using the index finger. It’s helpful to use the other hand for positioning, allowing the pulling action to be freer.
  3. If you have enough foreskin to work with, use the other hand to hold the penis shaft to allow the fingers to stretch the skin easier.
  4. Stretch the skin for five minutes and repeat the technique for five times. Use lubrication, such as penile skin moisturizing gel when necessary.
Middle Fingers Pull-and-Stretch
  1. Sanitize both of your hands. Loosen up the foreskin by pulling it lightly using your thumb and index finger. Repeat 10 times
  2. Insert both middle fingers into the foreskin and slowly pull upward. If you don’t have enough foreskin, use the middle fingers and thumb of both hands for pulling and stretching.
  3. Stretch for five minutes and repeat five times.
If you overstretch your foreskin too fast or too much, you might injure your penis.

If you squeeze or stretch your foreskin too hard, you will feel a burning sensation, a signal of damage occurring inside the penis.

Take extra precaution if you have a severely curved penis.

Manually stretching is also necessary before putting on a Foreskin Stretching Device which is the best alternative to reconstructive surgery. A device naturally expands and stretches the original tissue to stimulate the mitosis of cell division.

I have been trying this method out along with the R2K and I have seen some great results. After a few weeks the foreskin has slowly started to grow and it continues to grow the longer I keep using these methods. If you guys want to have your foreskin back then you better try this out.

I didn't know it was possible to be able to restore foreskin. Doctors and everyone would always say you are either circumcised or not and there is no possible way of change. I had a little bit of foreskin left from when i was circumcised and I wanted to be able to grow it. Out of all the different methods that looked pointless that I found online this one seemed to work the best. It has so far been working just right and it is great. My foreskin was barely visible and now I have been able to stretch it a whole inch. A bit more and I might be able to have my full foreskin back. Thanks!

Hey. You should use a product called Man1 Man Oil. It is made to restore and rejuvenate penis skin that has been damaged during masturbation. It is exactly what you need. It's completely safe, easy to use and you can get it online. Check it out for sure. Good luck.
