Herbs In This Solution

Tosha Nichole was diagnosed with PCOS, a hormonal disorder that caused cysts along the edge of each ovary. The diagnosis explained her absence of menstruation, the unexplained weight gain, excessive hair growth and acne that assailed her body.

For women like Tosha, the ineffectual hormonal change damages a woman’s self-esteem, appearance and mood. And according to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 5 million women experience symptoms of PCOS, suffering from increased facial hair, acne, pelvic pain and depression.

Despite the change in hormonal levels, women like Tosha can eliminate the symptoms and regain hormonal stability.

Benefits from Maca Powder
Grown in the Peruvian mountains, Maca serves as an adaptogenic herb filled with nutrients that heal weaknesses found in the body. And while Maca traditionally acts as an energy-producing herb known for boosting libido and reducing stress, it too contains 50 phyotchemicals known for balancing hormonal levels.

According to Dr. Gloria Chacon’s research on Maca, the hypothalamus-pituitary axis, pancreas and thyroid all benefit from the herb’s alkaloids that provide energy and vitality to the body.

Patients who used Maca supplements for PCOS saw improvements over a four to six-month period, seeing reduction in acne and irregular menstrual cycles. According to Dr. James Frame, women who produced little progesterone, but who took Maca saw significant improvements to their progesterone levels during a four to 12-month period. So for Tosha, and women like her, Maca supplements can minimize the symptoms of PSOC.

Product Comparison: Finding What’s Right for Me
Maca supplements differ in their effectiveness. Because of the way manufactures extract the minerals from the herb, Maca has different results on PCOS. And while you could eat the supplement raw to get all the minerals and benefits, the shape of Maca makes the plant difficult to digest.

Eating the herb raw too can lead to stomach pains and digestive issues. Meanwhile, the boiling point temperatures of the herb can destroy necessary active ingredients that reduce PSOC. However, manufactures take great care of preventing the loss in nutrients to the herb.

Try looking up maca products on Amazon. They have a lot of reviews and lead you to exactly what you need. You don't need maca for this symptom. What were you looking for it to help since it does have many benefits?
Good luck! Stay healthy my friend.

I am sharing my experience; I am 26 years old and was diagnosed last year with multiple small Ovarian Cysts. I have been suffering (yes! really suffering for so long) and I have indeed tried every prescription drug that you could think of to treat this horrible condition and to ease the pain. I started following one of the eBook I read in Online “Ovarian Cyst Miracle system” about 4 months ago and I am so excited to report that I am free from Ovarian Cysts. The pain is gone...completely! And the overall feeling is unbelievable. Check here to read  http://www.healthandrich.com/ova
