Below are a
few ways PC muscles lead to one major sexual problem, Premature Ejaculation.
PC Muscles & Precome
Flexing and keeping the PC muscle flexed it will lead to stimulating
the Cowper’s gland. The Cowper’s gland is responsible
for producing precome, the clear, sticky substance that emits from
the penis before ejaculation.
Precome lubricates and cleanses the urethra, creating a sanitary
slip n’ slide for sperm to glide through. The stimulation
of precome induces ejaculation since precome contains the ingredient
PGE-2, which triggers orgasm. The more you stimulate your Cowper’s
gland through the squeezing of the PC muscle, the sooner you will
start the orgasmic response by signaling your men that the first
wave of attack has begun.
Delaying the release of precome until you want to orgasm is essential
and abusing your PC muscles will cut short your ability to last
long.
PC Muscles & The Prostate Gland
Over using the PC muscles will affect your prostate gland in adverse
ways, resulting in PE. The muscular contractions needed to flex
your PC muscles stimulate the prostate gland. The prostate gland
is also known as the male G-spot since it is made up of the same
embryonic tissues that the female G-spot is made of.
The contraction of the PC muscles stimulate the male G-spot giving
you more sexual stimulation than you can handle, which in most cases
might sound like a good thing.
Instead, the stimulation of the prostate gland weakens your parasympathetic
nervous system (PNS), which is the nervous system responsible for
staving off orgasm until the last minute possible. Because the added
pleasure from the prostate stimulation gives your PNS more to fight
off than it can handle, the contracting of PC muscles can lead to
premature ejaculation.
PC Muscles & DHT
Abusing PC Muscles create an abundance of DHT in your body. This
abundance of DHT can lead to hair loss but more certainly it leads
to premature ejaculation, combining the problems of the prostate
gland with the problem of precome. Whether it’s from over
doing Kegel exercises or squeezing PC muscles in order to compensate
for a soft erection, the act of flexing and squeezing the PC muscles
cause the muscle fibers to stretch and tear. This means the fibers
need to be repaired, which is where testosterone and other nutrients
come in.
During sex, testosterone fuels much of the process from seminal
production to gaining an erection. Including the PC muscles for
testosterone to work on leads to an imbalance in testosterone to
dihydrotestosterone production.
The excess DHT in that area binds to the prostate gland and its
adjacent muscles, which include the PC muscles. The enlarged prostate
gland will receive too much stimulation during sex, pushing you
over the threshold where you can no longer delay ejaculation.
The DHT will also block communication in your parasympathetic synapses,
breaking off communication throughout your PNS, weakening it so
that it can no longer keep your ejaculatory duct tightly shut. Precome
will leak out and so will PGE-2, which will lead to orgasm.
