a year ago I discovered a website that explains how exercising
PC muscles can increase penis size and performance. Needless
to say, it peaked my interest. I started on a regular program
of the so-called Kegel exercises. It was really quite simple
– I could do them right in public without anyone noticing.
After I saw some positive results, I began practicing the Kegel
exercise constantly – at work, at dinner, on dates, etc.
About 5 or 6 months ago I noticed a major drop off in my |
stamina. Now I ejaculate extremely quickly. After going back and re-reading

Thank you for writing in. I can assure you that you are certainly
not the only person suffering from excess strain on your PC muscles.
Many eager young men, just like yourself are experiencing premature
ejaculation from overusing Kegel exercises. And I’d be surprised
if one of your friends wasn’t suffering from the same symptoms
as you, but was too ashamed to talk about it. It is very common.
First, you should stop practicing the so-called Kegel Exercise,
which periodically contracts the prostate nerve to create a better
erection, yet creates a destructive interference of the sexual response
for men. This interference in the parasympathetic nerves causes
premature ejaculation. So, the first step in healing the negative
effects of the Kegel exercises is to stop partaking in them.
Next, you should reduce your ejaculation frequency. In other words
– stop masturbating at such a high rate. This also damages
your parasympathetic nerves and will drain your bioelectricity.
Both of these will contribute to premature ejaculation.
After you have rested and replenished your body’s sexual
organs to allow them to function at a normal, safe level then you
can go back to the Kegel exercise – just in moderation. Please
don’t take up your old habits of overuse, because the second
time around could be detrimental to your sex life. However, I would
highly suggest looking into alternative forms of sexual exercise
like the Sexual Chi-kong exercise. This ancient breathing technique
gives your body similar strength that the Kegel exercise does, but
it is much safer and much better for your everyday life. While it
is slightly more complex, it is much healthier.
Follow this advice and you won’t have to be embarrassed in
showcasing your sexual skills to your girlfriend anymore. Your intentions
were right, though – many men need extra help with their sex
life. They are just too ashamed to ask. Your proactive approach
will make you a much better lover if you make sure to get all the
facts before you partake in any exercise, herbs, and other sexual
aids.
