QUESTION:

I have pronounced penis curvature since birth. The curve is upward, and has not noticeably changed overtime, making intercourse almost impossible. Please tell me the cause and solution.

ANSWER:

Most cases of penis curvature since birth that I have encountered were related to tethering of the skin. This is when the ventral chordee (underlying tissue on the penis) produces scar like lesions of Peyronie's Disease, sometimes abnormally located on the urethral opening. If your symptoms are severe, these problems can be corrected surgically by a urologist.
