of one bunny, he hid it in a field of soybean plants in order not
to let the employer knows. After the farmer found out the shortage
of bunny, the young man went to the field to see if the rabbit still
alive there. Surprisingly, the banished rabbit not only still alive
but can jump around actively. He suspected the soybean that the
rabbit ate help it to be recovered from the injury. In order to
prove his thinking, he dropped another rabbit to the field after
broken its spine on purposely. At this time, he started watching
what the rabbit was eating and noticed that it consumed only seeds
of a parasitic plant living on the soybean plants. The young man
started to pick the seeds of this plant and decocted them for his
father to drink who has suffering severe back pain. Soon afterwards,
his father’s backache was cured. The herb has been known “bunny’
seed” ever since.
