I started taking medication for high blood pressure 3 years ago and experienced sudden pain in the left testicle last month. Spoke with the doc... Got prescribed to different medication.... Got better for a while. But the sudden pain in the left testcle happened last week. I don't see any point to keep change the prescription. I suspect that my prostate also got ruined because it takes about 10 seconds to start urinating. Damn! My penis is not firm anymore.

High-blood pressure meds create a catch-22: you need the drugs to lower your blood pressure, but not taking the drugs could be detrimental to your health. If you do take the drugs, you do so at the risk of testicular pain, weak erections, and even premature ejaculations caused by the weak erections. So, what do you do?
Well, high blood pressure is often caused by stress, poor diet, and an unhealthy exercise routine. You can start by evaluating your diet. Cut down on the salt. Avoid pre-packaged deli meats, microwave-foods, canned soups, and processed foods, as these items contain loads of salt. Be mindful of what you purchase at the supermarket. Remember, if you buy it, you’re more than likely to eat it.
As for your exercise regiment, being active will improve your blood circulation and will lower the pressure. Look for ways to exercise—even just 5 minutes every few hours can help. Starting an exericse regiment can be cumbersome. Sometimes, you become so busy with work and family that the body becomes too tired to want to do physical activity. Well, the idea is to make time--even if it means sacrificing some sleep to get some physical activity. It will be tough at first, but make the commitment.
The Dangers of Meds
Most high blood pressure meds lead to two side effects: pituitary-testicular functional disorders and androgen hormone deficiencies. The former issues can lead to pain in the testicles while the latter can deplete testosterone and cause low sperm levels. That explains why you often experience a cold/hot shooting pain near your testicles or why you cannot get as rock-hard as you once were.
Drugs aside, you can try Testicular Rejuvenation & Pain Relief to help ease the cold/hot sensation you feel.
