Losing weight with a stationary bike
Hey everyone, I am currently in the process of trying to buy a stationary bike, hoping that might help with some issues, but it is proving a little more challenging than I would like it to be. For example, there are recumbent bikes, upright bikes, and other options too. Is there really a big difference when I am trying to get back into shape? And if there is such a big difference, what do you think I should be looking for?

For those of you who have a stationary bike at home, what do you recommend and why? I guess I am just trying to get some of the pros and cons from people who have tried them before instead of relying on marketing messages. Thank you!

Does anyone have any experience buying from www.gymsource.com/exercise-bikes ?
This is a rather weird
This is a rather weird question to ask on here but it's interesting. I never knew there were so many different stationary bikes. It's a great way to get into shape however and to defeat those sexual problems you are facing. This will also keep your mind off of other things. Good luck on finding the right bike for yourself and getting into shape!
