Habits are hard buggers to change. Routines are much easier, as the author at https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/five-myths-about-our-habits/2015/12/31/1f3ab244-ad93-11e5-9ab0-884d1cc4b33e_story.html says. As the writer at http://writepaperforme.org I think it is easier to cut up fruit every morning and leave it on the counter than it is to lose weight. It is easier to call and drop the lawn service, thereby forcing yourself to mow the grass than it is to change a non exercising habit. It is easier to cut up a credit card than it is to hold down spending every day. Etc. etc.
