Sexual Exuastion and Premature Ejaculatiuon
I need some help from you so can get a plan to overcome my sexual Exhaustion.

As a child  (11-13) I started masturbation, very frequent... as time went on with internet porn of course It became worse and worse. In 2006 I became addicted to alcohol for that year.
after that year, my healh crashed. I became riddled with very crazy anxiety that caused me to be unable to work, very crazy symptoms so many weird mental and physical symptoms I did not know where the thoughts or feelings came from, I began to masturbate more and more and more at this time looking to ca,lm down and some kind of release.
I went to about 10 different doctors, finally find a holistic medical doctor, that specializes in regenerative medicine and anti aging. I found out, I had Severe Adrenal Fatigue, chronic systemic candida, some lowered levels of vitamins, various gut bacterias and was not digesting my food properly... I have since corrected all these conditions improved my diet etc, but I still feel very ILL for a few days if I expell any sexual energy. I have wet dreams on occasion and wake up feeling sexually exhuasted, If i just cuddle with my girlfriend or get arroused without doing anything sexual I feel mild symptoms. I notice taking many adaptagens and sexual enhancment supplements help me a lot! but never cure me. I notice high doses of  Niacin and having a flush before doing anything sexual.. I have gotten my internet porn addiction and masturbation undercontrol but being around my girlfriend is a mess.. and of course we are planning to get married so she wants us to be able to have a normal sex life.

Symptoms for me after ejaculating
Fatigue
Weird sensations and thoughts
Anxiety
Hyperactivity
Persistant Erection
Inability to concentrate
Precum and Wet Dream (not always)
Pain in penis and genitls if just arroused (blue balls)
Muscle weakness and cramping/muscle twitching
(many more after ejaculation, just once I am sometimes not so bad but If i ejaculate more times in one day or that week, I can be in various stages of exhuastion for 2-7 days)

Currently I have been taking many adaptogens, Panax,Siberian,Tongkat,Rhodiola,Ashwagandha,Licorice, Chaga Mushroom, Royal Jelly, Adrenal Glandulars ... Fish Oil (high doses) Vitamin D

I get marginal benefit from these herbs and supplements but need a real plan to overcome this once and forall

Sorry for a late response.
Sorry for a late response.  If you do recieve this message, I am going through the same thing right now even as I type this up.  I do think that I am experiencing the Adrenenal Fatigue... it sucks!!  There have been times were I feel like I'm running through hell and I want to scream.  I personally started when I was 12 and stopped when I was 22 years of age.  I really didn't feel the effects until about 21 or 22.  I have reaped what I have sown.  But yeah looking at what you wrote, it will not be an easy task by know means.  There were days when I would masturbate 4-5 times a day.   That is extremely abnormal as far as I know.  I regret everytime that I committed that act.  I feel your pain though, I really do.  It sucks so bad.  Keep taking your supplements.  I would also take some Zinc too.  I have done a lot of research and the main thing that you lose when you ejaculate is Zinc.  It is so bad for me, I'm taking like 50-100 Milligrams a day, but only for like 3 months or so as that is a very high amount.

Let me know if you have questions or ask the experts on here.  Good luck with your recovery.

Sincerely, Chris
