I enjoy weightlifting. Weightlifting has given me a lean, muscular psyche. I, like most men, lift weights to continue to improve my body image. Thanks to my obsession, I no longer feel my erections as hard as they once were. When I massage my penis to encourage erection I suddenly start to ejaculate. Weightlifting can be an acute exercise, depending on if you have overloaded your bones and muscles. I've been lifting weights all my life, never once used steroids, but alot of my friends who I know have used steroids have been complaining about one form of impotence or another. I think for me, its a combination of getting old (just turned 54), and some lost bloodflow or constricted nerves. I've noticed that especially on leg days, or anytime I strain or heavily workout groin muscle groups, I can barely get or maintain any kind of erection. I bet another reason why weightlifters suffer from weak erections is because a lot of them take steroids to bulk up. I bet they also suffer from penis shrinkage because steroids are meant for animals, not humans.

I have always heard that weightlifters have really small penises. I am really sad that this is true because some guys at the gym are really sexy!
