I have a problem with some loose skin on my penis. This is a problem for me because it has caused myself to try some really stupid things like penis exercises. This might be the cause of why it is so loose. During intercourse it causes me to totally slide intense of my skin. My question is if it is possible to get rid of this extra skin that seemed to have appeared after I did the exercises. Can it be dangerous? Please, I need some help.

A Sleeve Suddenly Too Big
For guys who engage in penis-enlargement exercises, the skin's stretching ability is certainly important; imagine if your erections got bigger than your penis-skin could actually contain? The problem lies in the fact that the exercises are working from the outside inward, ignoring the natural mechanisms which create and support your erections in the first place. Let's take a look at those mechanisms to see what's really happening down there.
 
How Does Your Penis Grow?
Sexual stimulation causes your parasympathetic neural network to produce nitric oxide, which dilates the blood vessels in the corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum. Imagine a flagpole mounted on a wall. It's reasonably strong, but only as strong as the screws holding the mounting plate to the wall. The flagpole could become considerably stronger if the pole itself can support some of its own weight; if you drilled a hole in the wall behind the pole to allow a section of the pole to sink into the wall, some of the weight of the flag on the pole would be supported by the pole as well as the mounting screws.
 
The “mounting plate” for your erection consists of the skin around your penis, the suspensory ligament, and various other minor tissues. The “flagpole” consists of the corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum, which extend a few inches inside your pelvis.
 
It's possible that your penis exercises have damaged the parasympathetic nerves responsible for engorging the “hidden” section of your erection, so that the visible part of your erection gets pushed slightly inward into your pelvis.
 
Imagine that the flagpole, instead of a single length of wood or metal, is a series of ten or twelve balloons, all held inside one bigger one. If you only inflate the smaller balloons that are outside of the mounting-hole, the flagpole will not be as big and it won't hold quite as much weight, even if it stays inflated for as long as you need it to be.
 
Repairing the Flagpole
You will need to repair the nerves responsible for controlling the action of the “hidden” part of your erection. The first thing you'll need to do is give your penis time to recover, which means reducing your ejaculation-frequency as much as possible for the duration. The minimum necessary time is three weeks or so with no ejaculations at all, but healing can take place if you only ejaculate once every three or four days.
 
Your health-care provider should have some good ideas about what kinds of foods and nutrients you need to feed your nerves' regeneration, and can offer expert monitoring of your progress and help make any adjustments to your healing regimen that your personal situation may require.
