I am a 24-year-old male who has been suffering from weak erections. I do not have any health problems and I workout often. During sex, I am unable to keep my erection hard, and I noticed a lot of precum. I want to make my girlfriend orgasm before I lose my erection. What can I do?

You are suffering from a weak erection caused by seminal leakage. Seminal leakage occurs when the parasympathetic muscles start to weaken. The discussion part of this case study mentioned the Stop-Start Method. I have been using that for most of my life and I have received nothing but great results from it. There's no need to worry about it. Since you stop for a short while it gives my penis a short rest to pump up even more when I finally get back to it. That's just me. I hope you guys can try it and have the same success as me.

I think I also read somewhere that the method you mentioned helps the nerves and muscles involved when having sex. If this is true than that means you must be gaining stamina as well. I really need to try this.

Same with me. Although I am not the youngest stud ever I noticed that my my erections were not as strong. I might not be the youngest but I am defintely as healthy as one. I am going to start working on my parasypathetic muscles as this case study mentions. Maybe that will be the help I need.

Something similar to this happened to me when I would workout. I thought that by working out and staying healthy I would excel in my sex life but it turned out that for some reason my erections got weaker and weaker. This didn't stop until I started changing my routine. Instead of masturbating I noticed that if I went longer without masturbation, the longer I was able to last day in and day out. Try this, it might help you.
