I’m married and my wife and I are trying to have a baby, I’m becoming a little self-conscious about my minimal sperm production

Case #:

This is kind of embarrassing, but I have a general question about why I’m not producing a lot of sperm. I am no sperm expert, but what I shoot out is not as nearly as much as what I think it should be. It never bothered me in the past, but now that I’m married and my wife and I are trying to have a baby, I’m becoming a little self-conscious about my minimal sperm production. She went to her gynecologist and everything checked out just fine, but now I feel that I’m the reason we aren’t conceiving since there isn’t enough of my ‘boys’ to get the job done. I do masturbate several times a week, as well as have sex with my wife about 5 times a week. Could masturbating be the reason why my sperm count is low? Please help!

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us and there is no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed. I’m certain there are plenty of men out there having the same issue as you are. Naturally, men are dominant creatures and are used to conquering every obstacle that may stand in their way.

Creating a baby is no different. Men are the “George’s” of the human jungle with an “I am Lion, hear me roar,” instinct. Men are pre-wired to provide, protect and most importantly, procreate. As much as men may hate to admit it, producing offspring is just as important to them as it is to women.

However, when men have trouble doing so, it can make create a sense of powerlessness, helplessness and even leave one asking, “Who will carry the torch? Who will continue my legend?” If you and your wife are having trouble getting pregnant, just know that you are not some weird freak of nature. You are not in this alone.
Over the past 80 years, the sperm count of men has fallen by a staggering 50 percent! The massive decrease spawn from dietary changes as well as environmental transitions. But, whoa there cowboy! There’s no need saddle up your horse to move to the country and harvest your own food just yet in efforts to reverse the damage that mother nature has done. The fact of the matter is that over masturbating and excessive ejaculating does significantly dwindles your sperm count. The only way to counteract this is by decreasing masturbation and increasing natural supplements.
In your case, it may not just be excessive masturbation, but a combination of sex and masturbation. No matter which way you slice it, your sperm is being released faster than your body can keep up with. Your body is telling you to slow down. It has to allow itself to reproduce more sperm before releasing again, which may be why you are not producing as much sperm as you would like to. There are actually natural supplemental substances that you can take to pump up your sperm volume and get those little soldiers in tip-top shape.
To increase sperm count, try taking Maca, Catuaba, Cistanche, Mucuna Pruriens, and Tribulus in a formula

In retrospect, just because you have more sperm doesn’t always mean they are healthy sperm. To promote healthy sperm, you need RNA/DNA supplements. By using a combination f these herbs, you will produce lots of healthy sperm and you will have a little Brian in no time!
