Is This Really Damaged?

A former champion masturbator had to give up the game when it suddenly went from pleasurable to agonizing, along with visible blood vessels on the surface of his genitals and even a large bruise. What happened? How did he injure himself? And more importantly, can he repair the damage? Read on, get the facts and find out!

Case #:

Hello there. My story is that about 7 years ago I was at a point in my life where I was over masturbating and one day I got a really bad shooting pain when ejaculating. I kept on masturbating and I would clench my penis in order to try to stop the pain. As I kept doing this, I started to notice that veins started to branch out all throughout my penis and scrotum and became extremely worried. I looked for guidance from a doctor and also a urologist but all the information I got was that the veins were normal. I have gotten masturbation down to twice a week but I still get that really excruciating pain upon ejaculation. There also seems to be a bruise on my penis, it almost looks swollen. I think I might have damaged my penis. Please help.

There are a lot of misconceptions that people don't want to give up. Some are silly but harmless, like "Red cars go faster". Others are more dangerous, like "The first time doesn't count". One of the most insidiously deceptive ones is "Masturbation is free". Technically, you don't need to buy any special tools, or wait until a particular time of day, month or year; you can do it practically any time, almost anywhere. Legalities and social convention aside, there are few real limits to masturbation. You do, however, pay a price, paid in terms of nutrition and wear and tear on your body. Let's take a closer look at what really happens to help you understand the price you pay every time you masturbate.
Working Hard
Blow up a balloon, then deflate it. No problem, right? Do it again, about fifty more times (preferably using a pump, instead of your own lungs) and you'll find the latex wears out and pops. Your erection is very similar; it consists of two tubes of highly porous tissue, the left and right corpus cavernosum, and the corpus spongiosum underneath them. Blood gets forced into those tissues and held there under pressure, then released when you do. This causes a few tiny leaks in the blood vessels in your penis, and if you let your penis rest in between ejaculations your body can fix them up in two or three days.
Trouble arises, or your penis fails to rise, when you ejaculate repeatedly, multiple times each day for weeks or months at a time. Those tiny leaks add up to enough of a problem that your penis simply can’t hold the same amount of pressure it used to, and it certainly can’t hold it for as long. The visible veins and discomfort you describe are the result of you forcing additional blood into vessels that are already constricted due to a buildup of scar-tissue as your body tries to repair the leaks.
Rubbing Out The Lines
Your penis-recovery program starts with extending your time between ejaculations: the goal is now to go three solid weeks without any. This will allow the healing process to more fully get under way. While you’re waiting, you should look into improving your diet and starting an exercise regimen.
Your body needs nutrients to regenerate tissue. The most important ones are zinc and B-vitamins. Properly-prepared seafood, such as oyster, lobster and crab, are excellent sources of both. Alternately, look into properly-prepared red meat or toasted wheat germ for zinc. Whole grains, dairy and leafy green vegetables can supply most of the B-vitamins. Do your own research and see if you can find a new favorite food or signature recipe.
A moderate exercise program will boost your natural testosterone levels. Testosterone fuels your erections and assists with tissue regeneration, but only to a point; too much exercise and your body consumes more and more of your higher testosterone levels to create new muscle and bone tissue.
You should consider taking an all-natural herbal supplement, designed to accelerate your penis’ recover from excessive masturbation, particularly in regenerating nerve-tissue. (SEE: Natural Herbal Formula for Penile Damage & Injury Relief) It enhances blood-flow, balances hormone levels and helps close wounds while leaving less-prominent scar tissue.
Keep your health-care provider informed as to which solution or combination of solutions you have chosen to pursue, so you can get an expert’s opinion on your progress as well as any modifications you may need. Be patient, follow the directions diligently, and your penis will recover quickly. Good luck!

Excellent advice. I would also add that regular use of a quality penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) can help address the rawness and soreness.
