The Long And Short Of It
Men will usually ask for increased length, while women will request greater thickness. Perhaps the difference comes from experience in the organ's use: it is much easier for men to compare length than width (especially from a safe distance), while a woman's erogenous zones (including the “G-spot”) experience greater stimulation from a thicker penis.

Throughout history, men have sought ways to enhance the power of their penis by various measures. Some seek greater fertility, others seek to make their erections last longer, and some simply want to make it as big as possible. Here in the 21st century, we have a bewildering variety of devices, lotions, creams and even surgeries that mostly do more harm than good. In general, to achieve a permanent and lasting increase, you must start from within.

***For Your Information: Though you might refer to it as your “third leg”, erections and ejaculations come about through hormonal and hydraulic action, as opposed to mechanical muscular work. The penis has no bones or muscles in it, and therefore cannot be enlarged using methods derived from exercises for the

Strong Growth Begins At The Beginning
The size of your penis is determined mostly by genetics, but can be affected by hormone exposure during fetal development and by various other factors throughout life, nutrition being one of the most notable.

With proper nutrition, your body can more reliably generate substances like Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and acetylcholine, among others, for an extended period of time. Even if you have reached adulthood, there is always time to get in the habit of feeding your body properly, especially when you can enhance your penis size, as well.

Careful Cultivation
For the man of limited means, or who does not trust external hardware, there are also many techniques that promise to increase your size. The vast majority of them offer little to no real permanent benefit and run the risk of injuring you, or doing long term damage.

Even after removing the dangerous techniques from consideration, you still run serious risks of injury by performing the safe techniques incorrectly, or even too often. Penile Ballooning and X-Spot Massage work very well because they stimulate higher hormone production, rather than merely manipulating the tissue as does the dangerous Jelqing method.

To Everything There Is A Season
The most important tool you must possess when trying to lengthen your penis is patience. Your penis is unique among your bodily organs and making permanent yet healthy changes requires that you pay attention to its limits. If your exercise causes pain, STOP. Likewise if you see bruises, blisters or any other unusual and uncomfortable changes such as painful ejaculations.

Keep your health-care provider informed of what you're doing and how often, so you can get an expert opinion on your progress. Various foods, such as fresh broccoli or cauliflower, can help increase your natural testosterone level, as will regular moderate exercise. All natural herbal supplements designed specifically to encourage tissue rejuvenation and growth might also be worth investigating.

It wasn't so long ago when 'nutrition' was a pretty simple thing. You were just supposed to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, but some meat was okay. Nowadays, it seems like we're discovering new vitamins or amino acids or herbs or whatnot to help treat one condition after another. Or to prevent them. I read this page and did my own research. It looks like all the rumors about oysters being aphrodisiacs have a basis in fact. When you cook them properly (not too much butter, for one thing), you get a very large amount of zinc and a lot of B-vitamins. As it turns out, these nutrients are the two that your body needs the most to grow new muscle, skin, and so on. It's a good thing I like seafood, because my wife says that she's going to learn how to cook oyster and crab and lobster in all kinds of ways, and she's going to feed me a lot more of all of it in hopes that our marriage bed becomes a much happier place.

If you're able to keep an erection for long periods of time that will be better than being longer. I will take you over any man that I have ever been with.
