I really need some advice from you. I am 36 years old and in very good health but now I don't perform the way I used to before. My penis has lost about an inch in length and it's no longer as hard as it used to be. Is masturbation a problem at all, because to some degree, I used to masturbate a lot of times? i masturbate every day and i never have any problems, except sometimes it takes me longer to come when i’m having sex with my girlfriend. is there any way to make it easier for me to come when i’m having sex with my girlfriend? she’s really sexy, and it feels good when we have sex, but it’s just not the same as when i’m going solo.

i just turned twenty-four, i don’t work out but i play sports like basketball and football on the weekends. we eat pretty healthy, my girlfriend loves to cook so we have a lot of interesting meals…usually a lot of vegetables and fruits. i work retail, so i walk around a lot during the day and i consider myself to be a pretty healthy guy all around.

i’m not sure if this is a problem i should worry about, or just consider myself lucky that i don’t always have to worry about coming too fast. what do you think? is it a danger sign?

When I was in my late-Twenties, I began to experience problems with my erections. I felt like I wasn't getting as much pleasure as I used to, and that my penis wasn't as hard. i have the same problem! i just turned 33 and now my penis seems shorter then it ever was before. i masterbate, but not more than anyone else maybe like 1x a day or something! i read a lot of things on this site that says that alot of masterbation can really mess up your penis do you think thats happening to me? i work out about 3x per week just normal cardio and lifting and i eat pretty healthy but sometimes like a burger or something..i read that to much fat an stuff can mess up your penis too. i want to have a real relationship someday and i hope i can get my old penis back, it used to be about 7 inches now its more like 6 or even less and it doesnt get so hard. can someone help me???? can i just tke some pill to get back to normal?
