I use to masturbate 2-3 a day from the age of 12 to 14. I still do but about once or twice a week now. In many ways, masturbation is the most amazingly convenient form of entertainment there is, next to simply daydreaming. Assuming that you've got fully-functional fingers, no expensive external equipment is necessary: just stroke your way to orgasm because everything you need is already there.

The first thing you've got to do is cut your sexual activity, with and without a partner, down to as close to nothing as you can handle, and keep it that way for about three weeks.
