Learn about a woman who experiences some serious lower abdominal pain after pleasure.

Case #:

I suffer from deep vaginal cramps sometimes after orgasm, but this is usually in my sleep after a very erotic dream, the cramps last for about twenty minutes and come on almost straight away, I’ve been reading pages on your site, and it’s good to know I'm not alone, however I would like to know what I can do to stop this problem from occurring again, and also how to lessen the pain if the problem does occur again, it is very painful like birth pains, thanks.

I feel that it's very important for women to be in tuned with their bodies. When they are, it becomes much easier to pin point exactly what is causing them pain or discomfort. Any woman worth her salt is able to tell the difference between a regular menstruation cramp, and a cramp that stems from a more serious matter.
Vaginal Cramping
I personally know of women who can't even bare to get out of bed during the first couple days of their cycles, because the pain is so blindly hideous. I'm sure they would argue that what they experience during their period is nothing out of the norm. The question is, is there anything that can be done for it?
Hormonal Drop And Rise
When the uterine-support ligaments and tissue become weak from a lack of prostaglandin E-1 synthesis, a woman can lose a lot of flexibility. Prostaglandin E-1 is an hormone that is essential for elasticity. It also promotes the integrity of the  nerves and blood vessels. Without this crucial hormone, the nerves in the uterine-support ligaments and the tissues will become in-moveable and rigid. When the uterus contracts or is moved in any dramatic way, it will cause those pelvic pains in the lower abdomen that you're currently experiencing. These pains can occur at any time, There's really no rhyme or reason to them.
The Difference Between Cramps
Regular menstrual cramping is usually pretty tolerable. They're annoying and a bit uncomfortable, but nothing to really phone home about. Dysmenorrhea menstrual cramping on the other hand, is quite different. These are dull, throbbing pains that focus on the lower abdomen mainly. You may also have noticed some lower back or thigh pain, sweating, vomiting, or dizziness.
Herbal Intervention
Luckily, there are some great natural remedies that are specified for intense menstrual cramping relief. Dong Quai, for instance, has a high level of organic shrub estrogen called phytosterols. This other natural form of growth hormone will help to increase any depleted estrogen levels, as well as promote better blood flow to our reproductive organs. This will greatly reduce, and sooth the pain of menstrual cramping.
I would highly suggest an organic formula that includes ingredients such as Dong Quai, Cramp Bark, Chasteberry, and Magnesium. (SEE: Natural Formula for Intercourse Cramps Relief) These herbs are rich in healing properties, and when working together, can quell even the most monstrous of cramps. A regular regimen of these herbs specifically, will help to sooth your current cramps and over time make them virtually unnoticeable.
