Every time you get an erection, whether or not you ejaculate, you develop a few tiny leaks in the blood vessels that nourish those spongy tissues. However, “normal” in this context means that you are only ejaculating about once every two or three days, and that you are eating a healthy diet with plenty of zinc and B-vitamin nutrients (among others). I went through this same process myself. When I hit 30, I began having erection problems—problems with getting it up, and problems with strength. I knew I was too young to be having these issues normally, so I did a little research and found out it was due to my masturbation habit. I had begun masturbating frequently after my wife took a new full-time job and I was laid-off of work. I had nothing to do all day but look at porn on the internet and jack off. I was still able to make love to my wife, but we both began noticing the problem, and put it down to depression and stress.

However, after I realized the problem was all the masturbating I was doing, I decided to quit laying around the house jacking off all the time. Every time I read something where someone has stayed away from masturbation for a prolonged period of time, it brings back memories to my struggles. I know it's not an easy thing to do and a month of not masturbating, that is such a long time and I am really glad they were able to stay away from masturbation for so long.

If you don't give up masturbation then you will just find yourself in the same hole you are trying to dig yourself out of time after time. It's no surprise if your penis doesn't grow at all, it's because you don't give up the cause of your penis possibly shrinking.
