Learn how a woman's quest to have a fully lubricated sexual experience is made possible by natural means.

Case #:

I'm having trouble with vaginal dryness. Do you have anything powerful enough for this? I have had trouble becoming wet for a long time, and I have a white, sour tasting discharge that doesn't give me any troubles, but the inconvenience, and I have been to several doctors about it who can't help me, and say I'm normal. If I can't fix the cream, I at least want to be able to self-lubricate. Can you help me?

Moisture Troubles
I'm sure many women, and men would agree, that a wet vagina is the best kind of vagina. Which is why it can be worrisome if you feel that the lubrication you're producing is not adequate. When a woman is not self-lubricating enough, your vagina can sometimes be a very uncomfortable area.

Your genitals might seem more itchy then normal and this could lead to some very unwanted irritation. Above all else, it will make sex into a real chore. A really dry chore. What you might not know is that many woman are effected by vaginal dryness, especially during menopause.
Why So Dry
If you're prone to an itchy or burning feeling down there and you've also experienced some bleeding during sex, these could be signs of vaginal atrophy. If these symptoms have touched your life, you should notify your doctor immediately. If, however, you're just looking for a way to get a little extra lubed up, you should look to your estrogen levels for the answer. With many women, the reason why we've become a bit dry, all leads back to estrogen deficiency.

Estrogen is a woman's self made defense against vaginal infections. It also keeps us properly lubricated.  If, for instance you've recently given birth or have begun taking a new medication, this could be the reason why you're experiencing a drought.
In Need Of Estrogen
There are endless reasons why you might be dry, but the one sure fire way to fix that is to balance out your estrogen levels. First I would be sure to stay hydrated at all times. Keeping up on those eight glasses of water could be just the thing you need to let the flood gates loose. Also, stay away from bubble baths, vinegar, and do not douche. Once you've started to get your body back into the swing of things, it will be much easier to transition more fluidly with certain herbs.
For this particular case I would recommend utilizing a great herb called Pueraria Mirifica. This will complete the healing process by balancing out your estrogen levels and make those pesky menstrual cycles seem like a breeze.
