Penis size and growth is dictated (sorry, bad joke) by hormones more than genetics, but it's also a matter of how much hormones you get over what span of time. One big shot of testosterone a month is almost as pointless as a steady trickle over the course of a year if it's not enough. And just flooding your system with too much testosterone isn't a great idea, either, since there are some studies linking high testosterone levels with prostate cancer. Your smartest move is to pay close attention to your activity level, paying special attention to your sex life, along with your daily nutritional intake. Compulsive bodybuilders have a lot of testosterone, but it gets used up with regulating tissue growth for bones and muscles, leaving even less to fuel their libido and erections. You should feel free to play around with it a little: exercise yourself to exhaustion for a week or so to see how it feels; chow down on healthy foods like lean meats and enough different vegetables to get all your B-complex and zinc needs met; then ease back on the exercises and modulate how much food you eat for the next week. And above all, try to avoid having sex or masturbating for a week at a time to see if that helps build up some testosterone reserves. 'Mindfulness', paying attention to your life instead of just going through the motions, can grant you some enormous benefits, but you can get into practice by starting with building up your blaster.

The guy doesn't specify how much of that weight is fat. I used to weigh that much and more of it was fat than muscle. I've changed since then, but my sex life at the time was close to nonexistent. Hi, guys, great site, thanks for being willing to share this information with us. My boyfriend is like this, but at least he comes by it honestly: he's been lifting weights since he was 13 and power-lifting professionally since he was 20. Although height might be a huge factor in many situations when it comes to health, height does not change anything when it comes to recovery. You will still be able to achieve that bigger penis if that is what you're looking for.
